The staff and the Dr were great explained everything well

My visit with Dr. wells was just fine. Waiting time was less than 5 minutes, and the attending staff quickly did their work-up. I had a strange issue that needed to be attended to, and Dr. Wells’ treatment plan was just fine, and has already led to a great improvement.

Follow up visit was at 10:55 AM. I got there at 10:40. They called me back within 10 minutes and I saw Dr. Wells after another 10 minutes. He is a kind and caring man and I trust him completely.

Dr Wells has treated me for many years, from allergies to surgery. Besides his excellent technical skills, he is conscientious and kind.

Doctor Wells performed several tests and an examination that quickly determined my symptoms were pointing to a bigger "root" problem. He had his staff contact my insurance company and request approval for a CAT scan which was approved resulting in the scan being performed during my first visit. The scan was evaluated and another examination was performed. This resulted in establishing a course of action to correct my symptoms - all done in the first visit. I now have an appointment to complete the established course of action. I am looking forward to being symptom free and breathing "normal". Doctor Wells is clearly very knowledgeable, is proactive, thorough and has an excellent staff.

The visit was very pleasant and staff was helpful during this visit.

Been working with me for about a year dealing with chronic sinus infections now I can breath better than I have been doing for a long time.

Dr. Wells provides a fantastic service! He is the best ENT physician I have seen in over 30 years of being an ENT patient. He listens well, has a great staff and is very kind. Thank God for amazing physicians like Dr. Wells!

Dr. Wells has provided my sons with the best care. He has a wonderful personality and that really goes along way with my four year old. Most kids are scared when going to see a doctor but my kids love seeing Dr. Wells.

Dr. Wells is so incredibly thorough, kind, and attentive! He’s been seeing my daughter for a few years now, and while my daughter is often scared of doctors, she isn’t scared of Dr. Wells. Caring doctor. Explains everything to the kids really well. My daughter was nervous about allergy shots and he explained them to her and she was completely reassured. My other two children have had surgery with him and he has taken excellent care of them. I would definitely recommend him.

Dr Wells is very personable and professional. He was very thorough in determining the cause of my earache. I had been to a Physicians Assistant at prompt care (Not a successful outcome) and a Nurse Practitioner at my Primary Care Physician's office (treatment did not completely alleviate my earache) but the best thing the Nurse Practitioner did was to refer me to Dr. Wells. He cleaned out my ear, so he could determined the cause of my earache, provided the appropriate drugs to deal with the problem and cultured the ear to ensure that he had indeed provided me with the appropriate antibiotic. I was scheduled a follow up appointment to ensure that my ear had completely recovered. After following the instructions he gave me my earache no longer existed. Dr. Wells and all his staff are professional, friendly, clear in their explanations, and sympathetic. I had extensive sinus surgery and am completely satisfied with the entire process and the results. I have never breathed better! I would highly recommend Dr. Wells and Augusta ENT.

After going to several well known ENT Doctors in the Augusta, Georgia area, I decided to go to one more and chose Dr. Wells, mainly because Wells was my maiden name. I was sure he had to be good. Sure enough my choice was correct. Dr. Wells went beyond everything expected to correct my hearing loss in my left ear. After several surgeries with little success he still did not quit his research. Finally he found the answer and with another surgery I was able to hear again. My hearing lasted several years until for some reason I had another hole in my left ear drum that caused another hearing loss. But Dr. Wells never gave up. We just had another surgery and I can hear better in my left ear than I can in my right ear. He, Dr. Wells never gave up and I am so glad to have him for my doctor!! I continue referring others to him and will always recommend him and others in his practice. Also, I will have to add that the ladies in this office are way beyond any office I have ever been to. No matter which part of the Evans office you go into, you are always greeted with smiles from everyone. They amaze me! No different in the downtown office either. I just go to the Evans office more because it is closer to my home. The main reason I elaborate on the ladies so much is that I have worked in doctors offices and when you get a group of ladies together most of the time you have friction from some. NEVER in these offices. I constantly tell Dr. Wells and I have told Dr. Owen they really need to take care of their ladies. They have a wonderful practice and it takes all to make it just that!! I saw Dr. Wells last Fall for a throat problem, he was very kind and listened to all of my symptoms. Then methodically made a treatment plan to eliminate several possible conditions. I had to have a procedure done under anesthesia, before the procedure the staff prayed for me to have a good outcome which I did. I would highly recommend Dr Wells as a caring medical professional. My family and I have been Dr. Well's patients for over 20 years. He has always listened, and tried to find the best solution for our sinus troubles and allergies. He keeps up to date on new treatments and explains options. I shadowed with him as a student, and have had my students do rotations in his office. Excellent care and follow up

Dr. Wells is what I call a "modern throw-back" physician. The "modern" part is his excellent training and education. The "trow-back" component is his sincere, caring, understanding persona as to how he treats his patients and how he takes the time to understand your needs and explaining what is wrong with you (or not). Trip down memory lane here, but Dr. Wells is Dr. Marcus Welby (circa 1970s) coupled with the latest medical technology, education and him being a sincere person/physician.

Dr. Wells is an Outstanding Physician. My wife and I have been extremely pleased with his ability to diagnose and treat our ENT medical problems. He is caring and most importantly takes whatever time that is necessary to listen to his patients describe their symptoms. This is rare in today's medical environment. Dr. Wells not only prescribes a treatment plan but also performs follow up calls to ensure the patient is responding positively to the treatment plan. Hats Off to Dr. Wells.

I saw Dr. Wells for my sinus issues a few years back and I have been doing great. He preformed my procedure in the office and I felt no pain or discomfort. I was back up and running within a day or two. I would recommend Dr. Wells to any of my friends or family.
