I had my appointment with Dr. Ward today. The office staff were very nice and friendly. Dr. Ward was very kind and caring. He took the time to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions. In no way did I feel rushed. He spent nearly one hour with me going over my recent CT scan as well as my previous scan/reports from 10 yrs ago. I’m very pleased with the care I received.

Very disappointed in Dr Ward’s office. I contacted his office trying to get in touch with him and I get a voicemail saying leave a message and someone will return your call. I’ve called and left a message several times and I’ve never gotten a return call. I’m going to Temple lung center.

cant get threw to the office.I like the Dr. and he seems knowledgeable. To wait in cue to leave a message and then get a call late in the day is insane Never got the info. I called about. Trying again to call the Dr. to speak with him.

My mother, who has Alzheimers, had an appointment with Dr. Ward, to which I accompanied her. Since she cannot communicate well, and was actually asleep during most of the video, a less kindhearted and sensitive Physician might have been flustered. I found Dr. Ward to be wonderfully sensitive, warm, extremely thorough, very skilled, and extremely patient, taking his time to make sure all was understood. Very down to earth in laying out all of the options for mom, I appreciated him so much.

Great experience with Dr Ward. I've been under his care for more than six years. No complaints only positive results and experience, he is very knowledgeable.

I can't really speak to Dr. Ward's level of expertise, but he has a very kind manner, is happy to answer questions and I never feel rushed.
