I have has several appointments with Dr. Truswell and clinicians. They always made me feel relaxed and calm. I can’t say enough good things about this practice. Highly recommend!

Dr. Truswell did a brilliant job on my nose and yet when I was 20 it wasn't enough and I went to a really bad ENT and had it worked on again. Not only is Dr. Truswell an excellent surgeon he is also a rarity among American doctors in that he is not a narcissist and among plastic surgeons in that he does not have racist opinions about what beauty is. I wanted to put this review on here to let parents as well as patients know that Dr. Truswell did exactly what I needed to be happy and did not leave me with dents in my nose. My nose was perfect after Dr. Truswell's surgery. I did not care for his partner at the time many years ago in Massachusetts it was 1991 but Dr. Truswell is such an honest and kind man and a brilliant surgeon. I recommend him 100 percent. He has a great personality which is rare for plastic surgeons in the United States. I have travelled to 75 countries and doctors are cooler like Dr. Truswell elsewhere but in the US it is like YUK! You meet so many narcissists

Dr. Truswell did some procedures, sorry I don't remember the exact terminology, but did a mini face lift, eyelids, laser skin repair, and removal of dark circles under my eyes and fat removal under my chin. This was 16 years ago and i'm just getting ready to schedule for some touch ups. He did an excellent job, not over done and I was back to work in a week and 1/2. Until recently I was mistaking to be at least 8 - 10 years younger than I actually am. I went to see him 2 times in the past few years and asked him if I needed some work done and he told me I was not ready yet, my friends also agreed. So he is not out to get your money. Now I can tell i'm ready as my skin is changing. I highly recommend him, and his staff, he knows what he's doing. PC

We cannot stop the aging process; but we can slow it down. I still feel the benefits of my facelift fron 20 years ago! I still come for skin care treatments to obtain the best appearance I can have. I am very happy with all that I have done and continue to do. I highly recommend any and all services from Dr. Truswell's office!

The most wonderful aspect of the cosmetic surgery that Dr. Truswell performed on me was that it was not majorly transforming rather it refreshed me and made me look rested, stress free and my younger self.

As a woman who worked for doctors all my life, I feel that I am a reasonably good judge of medical expertise. Dr. Truswell and his wonderful staff are the only ones to whom I want to bring my face! I never look as if I've had facial work "done." Rather, I look youthful, natural, and refreshed! It does wonders for one's ego when folks gasp in disbelief when they learn how old I really am!

They are so knowledgeable and helpful and caring. I always feel in safe hands when I come in for any treatment - and they really know what they are doing. They make suggestions and also let me know if there is something that they would advise me against doing. They make me feel welcome and confident in the results that I am going to have with them. Comfortable, efficient, caring and my eyelids looked great...instant results. 100% satisfied, even after several years! My eyes are more open, and I didn't even realize the difference it made.

I have recommended Dr. Truswell many times over the years - he helped me twenty years ago and again just recently. He's personable, expert and trustworthy. So often one's expectatons remain unmet yet Dr. Truswell consistently exceeds mine - to my delight.

He wrote a book in which he said that 'wrinkles on the forehead and around the eyes dramatically improve 50 to 75% right away'. After a month and not seeing the effect, he said that would take 6 months. So why did he write in his book otherwise? after 6 months and spent all this money ($3500), my face looks exactly the same. Then he and his assistant, told me 'how good my face looks' really?, I was 48 years old (last year).

Felt years younger and made me feel so much better about myself. The staff is wonderful and Dr.Truswell is not only the most experienced and writes books about this field but really cares about you.
