Dr. William A Thomas

Worst experience of my life. Mocked me and my partner instead of trying to treat us. Staff was horrible. I refuse to step foot in this office.

We, my wife and I, have enjoyed having Dr. William Thomas as our Primary Care physician for these 14+ years. He always is friendly and knowledgeable. His staff is courteous and efficient. We wish him long years of fun retirement in the years ahead.

I was very satisfied with my visits to this location, the stuff is great, the nurses are excellent, and of course Doctor Thomas is very professional and he makes sure that he understands exactly what I am saying by focusing on my concerns, and ultimately if explanations are needed he makes sure I understand what I ask and what I need to know. The staff are very polite and friendly and Dr Thomas is the best

Dr.Thomas has been my doctor for several years. He is very knowledgeable and has through understanding of the problem. My highest compliment is "he gets it".

Quick check in procedures with little wait. Dr. Thomas does a great job and is very thorough during each visit. A knowledgeable physician and a caring one as well.

Great doctor and office!

Very good Dr. Thomas plus his people are very nice to work with.

Dr. Thomas and his team have been extremely helpful throughout my experience. They helped me identify and remedy some health issues that I have been struggling with for some time. I'm grateful that I found them when I did.

It's been my experience that Dr. Thomas doesn't waste time with pleasantries and fluff of practices I've visited in the past. He is direct and solution driven with his manner, doesn't sugar coat your health diagnostics. It's a refreshing change to the bluster of todays social climate. Expedient and effective.

Dr. Thomas is direct and to the point but gives you the option of making decisions on your health and not so much his diagnosis. He is witty at times and makes me laugh also. His staff is very friendly and caring and makes you feel at ease.

Would get 5 stars if I didn't have to wear a pointless dumdass mask.

Very caring staff from front office to the back. Dr Thomas is a thorough doctor, he listens to you and gets things done for you.

First time visit and was very pleased. Staff was very friendly and very organized. No wait what so ever.

Dr. Thomas listened to my symptoms asked questions regarding my symptoms and wrote an order to have testing at Touchstone Imaging pres. I would recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Thomas is always patients and answers any questions you have with kindness as well as concern.., never rushes you through your visit.. just awesome

I have always had a great experience with staff and physician. They have always met my needs and been very pleasant and professional.

Staff was very nice and Dr. Thomas was super with a great personality. Made me feel very comfortable for first visit.

Dr. Thomas has been my doctor for years he's down to earth and really easy to talk to as well as his staff. I have not ever had a bad experience there

I was seen by miss sugar on monday 7/6/2020 for shingles. She was very nice explained every thing to me. I wasn't sure what i had. She was very patient and understanding.

My visit was one of expertise on handling safety measures due to the COVID-19. Very prompt on the time of my appointment.

Dr. Thomas and his nurse are very friendly. The waiting time is reasonable. I'm glad that I chose his service.

The staff is pleasant and efficient. Dr. Thomas does not rush but takes time to hear all your concerns and address them accordingly.
