I love Dr. Strain to pieces and he is a wonderful Dr. but Tonya the person who does his scheduling needs to be replaced. My friend who has Diverticulitis was running a fever and having severe abdominal cramping and the dr told her previously if that happened he would call her in antibiotics. When she called Tonya, Tonya told her she had to come in and that she couldn't be seen for several days......I am sure Dr. Strain knew nothing of this but I hope he sees this. This was an emergency and she needed to be seen about. She was not a number waiting her turn!!!! Dr. Strain and his staff did an excellent job with the entire procedure. Long before the actual procedure was done, his staff contacted me ensuring I was knowledgeable of what I needed to do. He and his staff are professional, friendly and punctual. I highly recommend this office.

It was my first colonoscopy, which nobody looks forward to, and Dr Strain and his whole team made it a wonderful experience through and through with their expertise and heartfelt compassion. I was in and out and comforted the whole time.
