The staff took me in right on time and took X-Rays of my knee, I was then greeted by a Dr. and we discussed my pain. Shortly after the screening with the first Dr., Dr. Stanfield came in and decided on a course of action. The staff was concerned and worked with me to mutually decide what was the best thing to do.

Dr. Stanfield and his team are amazing!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone needing to have hip replacement surgery. I was very anxious about the surgery and they made the whole process very easy, and were there to support me in every step.

Dr Stanfield is a very good doctor. He listens to your concerns, explains your options; & takes care of your problem as though you were family! A few of my neighbors have also gone to him=we all give him high praises. I would highly recommend him. I look forward to my other knee replacement!

Great doctor, and a Great Surgeon!! Performed a full knee replacement and I was back downhill skiing (Black Diamonds) the following year.... Replacing one knee actually helped my other knee due to me placing much of my weight on "the good knee" to walk, they both hurt. Not anymore!!! Dr Stanfield was wonderful. He did an excellent hip replacement. No issues. He was attentive answered every question I saw him almost all the time. He assistant Eric was also wonderful. My care was goodness he was my surgeon!

I was a patient of Dr. Stanfield a few times. Once in the ER after a compound ankle fracture and also for left hip replacement. He explains the best approach, risk and recovery steps needed for a successful surgery. The procedures went as expected and he discusses the challenges encountered if any and how he addressed them. I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with my total knee replacement. It has made such a difference in my life. I'm much more active in my daily activities and in my planned exercise. I can't thank Dr. Stanfield enough for the magnificent job he did. I know I need my right knee joint replaced too. I will be back to see him when the time is right. In a nutshell, I'm very pleased! He did a hip replacement and everything went so good. I am so happy for my new hip. I would recommend Stanfield to others. Stanfield and Gaines are the 2 best doctors i know.

Dr Stanfield is the best! He explains everything and cares about the health of his patients. Some doctors act like robots with no human emotions. Not Dr Stanfield and his staff! They are compassionate, caring, and know what to do! Just love this office!!

Dr Stanfield did my right hip replacement 4 years ago. He did my left hip 2 weeks ago and already feel so much better. Dr Stanfield and his PA Eric are the best.

Had both of my hips replaced buy Dr. Stanfield. Every aspect of the experience exceeded all of my expectations. I only missed thirty days of work for each replacement.

Had knee issue & was told surgery wasn’t an option & all he wanted to do was throw me on anti inflammatories & give me injections & let that be his answer.I switched to a new Ortho, who has since fixed my knee!

Dr. Stanfield "repaired" a broken 5th metatarsal on my rt foot. I've had nothing but trouble with that foot ever since (for 7 years). I've been back many times, had many xrays, always being told "the hardware might be irritated" or "it doesn't look broken but it might be". Finally saw another doctor and was told that not only did he use the wrong screw, that the break was caused by metatarsus adductus (a deformity) which should have been corrected 7 years ago. Now I have two more broken bones (clearly visible on standing xrays, which Center for Orth never once did) and I'm looking at 6-8 weeks in a cast followed by another surgery if it won't heal. Completely and utterly negligent!

Bad... Unthinkable!!!. Did a faulty surgery and hid it from me. Now I have more issues that are far more serious than the original. Stanfield... you're dishonestly is having such an effect on me. You need to really think about that. You should be ashamed of yourself.

He did not do tkr surgery correctly. pt was freaking out bc he gave no feedback ever. They sent me in to get feedback and I was given none by his PA. The only thing that the PA told me was that I was a 1 and a million case and a freak of nature, Since then I had a revision surgery at a CC main campus with Dr Molly on 9/23/19 and I should be walking properly by earl December. Stanfield and his team took almost two years out of my life. CC was soooooooooo much more honest ad superior.

Great support

Can't say enough about the care Dr. Stanfield and his team provided. I had bilateral total knee replacement done in July and am doing amazingly well at just under 12 weeks. I am a veterinary orthopedic surgeon so I have some knowledge about these types of procedures. Dr. Stanfield was thorough in his description of the procedure, recovery/rehab, and what I should expect. I have recovered more quickly than either of us anticipated.

I had total hip replacement and from the first visit with Dr. Stanfield and his assistant Eric Gaines I knew I made the right choice.

This non dis-locating hip is a miracle.

Dr Stanfield is awesome. The problem lies with the office staff. The phone recording says they will get back to you within 2 business hours. I didn't get a return call at all. I had to call back the next day. At reception they tend to be less than welcome, bordering on rude.

After a year and a half of being totally miserable and being told that I had to live with the pain... I met Dr Stanfield. He did a revision on my hip and I can say that he totally changed my life. I am now able to golf, swim, mow lawn, just about anything. I am so thankful for Dr Stanfield and his PA Eric. What a great team! I highly recommend Dr Stanfield and his staff. had both knees and hips replaced by dr stanfield one knee was standard replacement other knee was badly bowed and worn dr stanfield explained what needed to be done to staighten it just as good as other knee now for hips he uses stryker replacements no hip restrictions and very fast recovery had my surgeries at Elyria great setup started rehab there and at Sheffield uh above dr offices I cant recommend dr stanfield his great assistant and staff enough went from pain to pain free

Dr. Stanford and his team are awesome. They are very thorough and attentive to your needs. The nurses are always smiling and make you feel comfortable. I would recommend anyone needing help with their knees that us choose The Center for Orthopedics.

I am 65 with severe arthritis of my right hip and lower back. I was desperate to find an excellent orthopedic surgeon who had a lot of experience with total hip surgery. Dr. Stanfield was recommended by several people who had excellent results. The experience from my first visit to the office to Pre-op, EMH Ortho floor, thru Post-Op and now 7 weeks out has progressed like a well oiled machine. Super attention to detail, Dr Sanfield was outstanding, and the dual action hip is awesome!!!!

I recently had hip surgery and Dr. Stanfield did an EXCELLENT job. Recovery time was better than I expected. His P.A. is also excellent. Both are very friendly and answered all my questions and then some. The office, though very busy, is run very efficiently. Upon first set up for the surgery Dr. Stanfield's secretary took care of scheduling all necessary pre-op apps. One of the pre-op apps. involved a special nurse at the hospital who took time to explain exactly what to expect.
