Dr. William Mark Silverman

Dr. Silverman is a thorough, conservative and compassionate physician. I highly recommend him as a general practitioner/family medicine.

Dr. Silverman takes the time with me to go over my lab results, and then goes over my health goals for myself. Together, we come up with a plan to maintain those goals, whether, exercise, nutrition and lifestyle/ leisure. This makes the visits worth my while.

Good doctor. always tells you straight

My trust has been broken. I have been visiting this office for 3 years and have loved the providers in the past. I was shocked to hear a physician's assistant (Candace) today yelling in someone's office about how she is tired of my sh*t while within earshot and my sight; I scheduled for one issue and asked about another while I was in the office. I didn't realize that I can't speak to my trusted provider about what's bothering me. I am asking friends for referrals. I didn't have any idea that she felt this way about me and don't see myself returning to someone who does not respect me, who doesn't value my trust, and who denied services because it was "5:30 AND SHE WAS READY TO GO HOME!"; per her words while she was yelling. There is no sympathy nor empathy here and if I'm being talked about within ear shot I can only imagine what's being said behind my back. Doctors' offices and the people in them are supposed to be people that you can trust. I have pretty tough skin but must admit that I'm really hurt and feel worse than when I arrived.

I moved to Florida recently and arranged to have medical records transferred from my various drs. To the Lake Howell clinic. After my initial visit with a nurse practitioner, I learned that a urine specimen I thought was for UTIs actually was sent out for drug testing and will cost me nearly $200. Apparently, this is because I've used hydrocodone in the past for orthopedic pain. I am not happy that I was not told about the test, nor that I have to pay for it when it was not medically necessary
