Dr. Bill has been seeing my kids since birth! I have a pre teen and teenager now and he still is the best one around. I remember when my kids were young one had colic and the other really bad acid reflux and babies newborns especially are top priority when needing to be seen. I have gone to this office and requested records transfer personally only to have the “office manager “ tell me I’m mistaken and that no one remembers talking to me. Then when I ask her how is it that I have phone records of my calls with this office and no one can say I’m sorry for the mistake but could you please come in and fill out another form? “ Did she do this? No she hung up on me without admitting the mistake and asking me to come in. Basically she told me NOT THIS OFFICE. And hung
