Dr. William Asa Seeds

Horrible, inconsiderate -- Seeds' office closed, no warning, no options -- waiting for test results for 2 months -- office kept rescheduling test results appointment. Staff was inconsiderate, no help providing answers and giving no reason, then find out he closed his office. Two months later, still don't know test results, have to find another doctor who can get results. Unbelievably inconsiderate to plight of patients in his care. Left his patients in limbo. Doesn't even deserve one star. Totally unprofessional and shameful.

Trusted him with a second opinion on my previously replaced knees (from another surgeon). Constant pain and no range of motion. Took his advice and had poly exchange surgery on both knees (2021). Made no difference! Found 2 doctors that diagnosed my problem with a simple xray. Both knees/cement are failing and need total replacement. Should have never listened or trusted him! Stay Away!

Misdiagnosed my knee pain and lack of motion from 2 previous knee replacements (different doctor) and took his advice to have 2 poly exchange surgeries which did nothing. still have constant pain and can barely walk. 2 new doctors diagnosed my problem with simple xrays. Both knees/cement have failed and i need both knees totally replaced by a more competent doctor! STAY AWAY!

Bad experience, from start to finish. This is a money making outfit. Staff is not friendly or understanding, wait times to see this doctor are long, he's always in a hurry, doesn't explain things or answer questions, but always insists on having an xray. Had to find someone competent.

My dad has always had knee pain for most of his adult life due to a sports injury in his 20's. Dr. Seeds has helped a ton and he is now almost pain-free - he might be able to join me on the tennis courts soon!

I'd give 0 stars if it was an option. Dr. Seeds was dismissive, rude, and always in a rush. I asked him several questions about my condition and his response was always "I don't know". After several visits and no relief I have up and left his office in tears. Please save yourself the time and energy and see any other Dr. besides him!

convinced my buddy to see him. His other doctor told him he needed surgery and his disk replaced to treat his spinal degenerative disease. He was addicted to opioids for 5+ years. He went to go see him and dr seeds gave him a single spinal injection of a peptide. He's now off opioids for good, zero pain, and we've been golfing ever since. I've been getting care for Dr. Seeds initially for my golfers Elbow and trigger finger. After a miraculous single visit, I now trust Dr. Seeds with my general wellness and cognitive optimization. I don't understand why people are faulting his team, they've been nothing short of professional, kind, and responsive. I wouldn't entrust my health with anyone else. I've had a nagging wrist issue for the past few years. Doing pushups or playing tug-o-war with my dog would cause it to flare up and get sore. This was a condition that continued to follow me so much so that I wasn't able to do pushups normally (I would have to do them knuckles down) and I would gingerly favor any sudden movements / weight lifting. Other doctors weren't able to treat my condition and no one had any idea of what was wrong, but Dr. Seeds was able to treat my wrists with a couple of injections and I couldn't be more happy to return to normalcy. This guy will make you jump through all his hoops for nothing. He has to have a separate appointment for every little thing. Then even after all that he will cancel doing your procedure at the literal last minute over something easily rectified. He has done this to me 3 times now. The last time was something so simple as a low O2 for a few moments (I was sleeping) & he & the PreOp staff didn't even think to try putting some oxygen on me. Nope he cancelled me, leaving me sobbing and in immense pain. He sends me to the ER & that doctor didn't even understand why I was there with an O2 saturation of 95%. This guy will get your hopes up like a pretty balloon & then be the shiny needle that pops it. He has no problem milking you (& insurance) though & then leaving you in such pain & inability to walk or manage your daily life. Also he hawks some kind of supplements on YouTube, I started getting ads for him weeks before surgery. He doesn't care about you & I thought he was the best.

Didn't feel like I was worth his time. Each visit was very brief in explanation and quick to dismiss. I was often forgotten (possibly due to my cheap insurance or not-so-critical injury), and as often as I was asked "Have you gone through therapy" over the course of a month, I was never given suggestions on what to do specifically to treat my extended ACL. I understand being the only doctor in an office is very mentally and physically demanding, but from the one year I spent studying in the medical field, the most important thing to never lose is compassion and patience with all patients. My first visit started out great. The office staff was pleasant and Dr. Steels assistant was pleasant. After that, it was all down hill. The office staff was not on the same page as far as my insurance. I felt like I was just another patient and no one cared. That extends into there physical therapy. On my first time going to therapy my copay was $75.00. I went back a year later and my copay was $20.00!! They said I get 20 visits, and never expressed a copay. How does this happen? Went to Dr. Seeds for pain in my knee. Had pain for 10 years, and most doctors ignored it because scans did not seem "bad enough" The doctor seeds understood my fristration with the pain, whether scan looked bad or not... After surgery he said my knee really needed surgery he explained how bad my knee internals actually were and what he saw and said i was right for pushing for years to have my knee repaired. I recovered quickly, and have no pain.

My mother in law went in for knee surgery may 9th - dead July 7th from infection- say no more

Dr. Seeds has worked on me for several different reasons . I have found him to be an excellent Doctor . He is always very kind ,informative and helpful . His staff has always treated me like I was their only concern.

If you are not a celebrity of some kind, don't bother going here. The staff is not friendly, the doctor is in a great hurry, and things are not explained. Had to go somewhere else and was pleased with the result.

This doctor will send you paperwork ahead of your appointment, part of the required paperwork is your banking information. They want you BANK ACCOUNT number.* A receptionist will insist on taking your PHOTO for your chart.* An X-ray is mandatory BEFORE you see the doctor, BEFORE he reviews your info even if you have recent scans, MRI's, even though it may not be the correct test for your problem.* Be cautious of this office. I waited over an hour to find out I would not be seen without an X-Ray

Just a small video from part of my journey towards recovery. Dr. Seeds office and staff have been nothing but absolutely wonderful I feel like they've become friends.THEY work hard to help me heal and manage my pain I highly recommend Dr seeds in his physical therapy staff!

I would rather die than go back to him. He has no personality other than being a pompous idiot. He does multiple surgeries on the same patient because he can't get it right the first time. The few patients who like him lucked out. But if there is a problem, look out!

Had to have total knee replacement surgery .Had heard of Dr Seeds and after losing a considerable amount of weight decided to follow through with surgery . The hospital in Conneaut where surgery was done gets a 10 from me ! Great Care. Never saw Dr Seeds during surgery or after saw one of his residents There is absolutely no aftercare .Tried to get a hospital bed required doctors signature. Forget it the priority of Seeds Orthopedics is quantity not quality! Do not care about the patient only$$

I went to Dr. Seeds for a torn ACL and meniscus. I've had several surgeries in the past, and knew exactly what was wrong before any testing. I'm no Dr. but I know what t feels like to tear a ACL and meniscus. After my MRI Dr. Seeds said my ACL and meniscus was fine and it was just a little loose cartilage. 2 weeks later I had surgery to clean it all out, during surgery he found that my ACL and meniscus were indeed destroyed. Ya don't say?!! 2 weeks later I had another surgery to repair what was actually wrong. Now I'm left with the copays from 2 surgeries totaling +$4,000. For his mistake. I went to Dr. Seeds 2 years ago and over a period of 1 year I seen him in his office 8 times. Went through an MRI, CT Scan and numerous X-Rays. He then gave me three injections into my ankle that were so incredibly painful. So after all that and all the different procedures my ankle was in the same shape as it was when he started. Then he sends me to the Seeds Physical Therapy which tortured me for another 5 weeks until I couldn't take the pain anymore. So I decided to go to a Foot and Ankle Specialist, and I am so glad I did. Within 30 minutes I had an X-Ray with the doctor going over the problem and advise on how to repair it. The entire diagnosis was wrong from Dr. Seeds and he missed the real problem with my ankle.
