Dr.Shultz is very patient with me. I have been in his care twice (different surgeries. We alway have a in-depth conversation on my injury. He is well informed on the latest surgical procedures. From the first time I meet him I felt he was concerned about my well being, and safety . This is why I chose him for my second surgery.

He is straightforward and dedicated surgeon who values his patient.

Dr Schultz instills trust and confidence from the very beginning. He and staff work with you.

I chose Dr. Schultz for his excellent reputation and for his conservative approach to knee replacement. Although all cartilage is gone in one knee, he finds ways to ease the pain so I can still enjoy life without surgery. The extra bonus you get is his nurse Joy. She is incredibly knowledgeable and personable.

Dr Schultz performed two hip replacements over a 9 month period. I am extremely pleased with the outcomes. Mobility is much improved and am now pain free. Dr Schultz and his team were great to work with.

Dr Schultz preformed my knee replacement 6 months ago. I could not be more pleased with my recovery and the outcome. He was referred to me as the best Dr to replace my knee and I wholeheartedly agree.

Dr. Schultz did my right hip replacement a year and a half ago, and I was so pleased with the results and his expertise that I didn’t hesitate when the time came to have my left hip done. His PA Joy is excellent, and all of his staff are very friendly, helpful, and thorough. Scheduling was simple and seamless, which is often not the case.

Met with Dr Schultz, he gave me my options, he was referred to me as being the best of the best and I could not have been more pleased. Recovery was smooth, easy.

Professional, excellent communications and quality service

In the last 8 years Dr Schultz has replaced both my hips and my knee just 2 1/2 months ago. I am pain free and couldn’t be happier with the results of all 3 surgeries. Dr Schultz is the best!

Dr Schultz, who I chose after much research, replaced my left knee in August of 2020. Dr Schultz lived up to his reputation as one as one of the very best orthopedic surgeons in Central Texas. He did a perfect job on my replacement, and he is going to replace my right knee in October 2021.

Excellent. Met him while I stayed with friend in hospital when she had knee surgery. Was very impressed, so went to home when I had knee pain. Very conservative treatment and good explanations. He is a firm believer in physical therapy, as am I!

Outstanding. Good, meaningful questions asked. review of e-ray before meeting in person and exam was quick, complete and totally supported conclusion and recommendation. It’s been a long journey with my knee. Dr Schultz has managed to get fractured bone healed and through rehab, I’ve strengthened the leg muscles that support the knee. I’m scheduled for a full knee replacement next week and am more than ready to get it done and begin my recovery. Dr Schultz has been thorough and deliberate about my care. Everyone I’ve dealt with along the way including the home health rep, peri surgical nurse, surgery center nurse all speak glowingly about Dr Schultz. I know I am in good hands. He’s a nice guy too.

Had a total knee replacement by Dr. Schulz. The results were not great. His comment was "it is what it is." He then proceeded to complain to me about his knee pain.

In questioning a dozen or so doctors, other surgeons and patients, I found no one who had anything but the utmost praise for Dr. William Schultz's surgical expertise. Although I was one of many who suffered through the Covid " no non-emergency surgeries" last year, when I finally got my hip replacement I was extremely pleased. It was bearing full weight within a couple of months. Dr. Schultz is the first surgeon since Bob Walters who not only talked to me, but more importantly, listened. I highly recommend him and his group, Texas Orthopedics.

He has done two total knee replacement surgeries for me, and I would not go to anyone else. He is compassionate and skilled. Plus his PA, Joy, is wonderful as well.

This is a fine doctor and fine person. He took care of me for over five years prior to a knee replacement two years ago, never hurried me about surgery and tried to keep me as pain-free as possible. That surgery was a complete success and he will replace the other knee this week. He listens, and hears. His PA+ Joy Mitchell is always by his side and is highly knowledgeable, competent and personable. I appreciate their good care and am very fond of each of them.

The initial office visit with D Schultz went very well. I was most impressed that I decided to select him to perform my knee replacement surgery. The big problem is the failure of his office to coordinate follow up requests to schedule surgery. For 3 days I called his office in order to schedule my knee replacement surgery. I left multiple messages to call me back; however nobody did call me back to schedule surgery. I even requested the operator to send an email alert to his office to phone me. The result was that nobody ever called me back. Am concerned if I had a real knee surgery complication I would not obtain help from him or his office at all in a timely manner.

Staff is friendly & efficient. Remembered me from a year before. Dr Schultz and his associate Joy were both thorough, asked pertinent questions, have great advice, and invited me to call directly if any problems occur before my next recheck. Will definitely seek him for care should I need it for anything else I need!

Dr. Schultz did both my knee replacements, three months apart. Six months after the second surgery my knees are essentially pain free. The care I received from him and his staff was extremely good. I have recommended him to friends who have knee problems.

Great Dr and PA and staff. Did my left knee replacement last year and now scheduled for October for the other

Dr. Schultz was thorough when explaining MRI results and gave understandable actions for keeping healthy knees and bones. I would recommend him highly and will return if I need orthopedic care.
