I went and was snapped at because I had a slight fever. When I told him that my stomach has been having problems and gave him a list of everything that has irritated it, he glanced at it and just said that I need the COVID Test because of the fever. I told him that the stomach problems had been going on for over 2 weeks at that point. He disregarded what I was saying and then sent me to get the test. He didn’t do anything to try and help me find the source of the problem. He ordered a lab test that I couldn’t use because I didn’t need to and now his office has billed me $113 for services rendered. What service did you provide? You did absolutely nothing to help me. The bill is for taking my blood pressure and weight... I didn’t have COVID either. What a crock. If you want a quality doctor, I recommend that you look elsewhere. Such a disappointment. Great doctor

Dr. Rollins has been my PCP for many years. I have always been able to get an appointment right away. His staff has always been lovely. He listens to what you say and explains his diagnosis of the situation clearly. Prescription refill and document requests are handled quickly. I've been a patient of Dr. Rollins for around 25 years. I love his staff. They always try and accommodate a last minute appointment when I'm sick. Dr. Rollins is a good PCP who works well with my other providers.

William is a super cool guy. Laid back and professional and the staff are very friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend

Great doctor who really cares, that's why my family and I put our trust in him. The reason it's a busy office is because most feel the same way about the doctor and his staff.

Great Doctor and staff... busy but accommodating. He has been my primary care physician for 20+ years. Has always taken concerns into consideration and honored reasonable requests. AAAA+

I have been a patient for about 3' yrs now. In the beginning I was treated like a human, with dignity. I would call and say I had a problem, get the necessary care and such. I have had stomach issues,and surgery on my foot. I have NEVER called just for the hell of it. Today I call because I have had pain in my arm the last 3 plus months. I was first told since I work in the clinic that did my X-ray that since They didn't have results that I should call and get them myself! Due to HIPPA that's not appropriate nor is it professional to do that! I called to inform them that I knew they had results already, and was told all was normal....lets go back to..I WORK IN THE CLINIC...I already read the report.not normal!!. I was trying to give the professional courtesy of allowing him to be a Dr.! . I was told take Motrin... I said how long should I continue to take Motrin? Mind you..I have over 50 ulcers in my belly!! I was snapped at and told make an appt for next week... thank you Dr. Rollins. I gave 2 stars, because after all, he did send me for TX for a broken heel, a tumor on my foot and ulcers In my belly. The best in town. He has treated most of my family for years, and always takes his time with the appointment, listens, and makes sure to give fantastic care. I would not ever go to anyone else.
