He is a wonderful diagnostician / physician. He is solution oriented and hears his patients' symptoms. He treats his patients with warm regard. We are very thankful he is our doctor.

WORST doctor EVER!!! He’s the rudest, most unprofessional person I’ve ever met!!! Don’t know how he ever got a license to practice!!!

I wasn't overly thrilled with W. Stanton Richardson, M.D.'s communication skills today. I was looking to get information to help my 89 year old mother who is in the last stages of Alzheimer on Hospice and in the care of a lovely facility in North Ridgeville. I wanted to talk to someone about a difficulty I was having, and W. Stanton Richardson, M.D. being the only medical "professional" sitting at the desk, I went to discuss an item with him, to which I was abruptly stopped, told by W. Stanton Richardson, M.D. "I don't want to hear about it, I don't work here". Well, pardon my confusion, you are sitting behind the desk at a medical facility - my bad. I get being in the middle of something that is important to you, we all do it everyday at our own jobs, but please, a little bit of manners would be appropriate. Having never met you before, as it s only the 3rd week for my mother at the facility, I would be led to believe people behind the desk WORK THERE. Shame on you for thinking you

He is the best doctor I have ever had. He is the kind of doctor I had when doctors were there for his patients. Dr Richerson is the best

Only spoke w/on phone about my mom as I live out of state. Very pleasant, took time to explain and returned my call in same day. My daughter met him at NRHC where my mom is now and got the same impression, said he was very nice and caring. BONUS....my mom likes him too??
