This doctor double and more books appointments all of the time. My mother was there over 3+ hours today and that was actually pretty usual. This is absolutely ridiculous. When I went in to check on her I was ignored at the front desk while multiple women were chatting and laughing. I don't have words that do not include cuss words for how rude the nurses are. Front desk person is not friendly, nor does she convey messages that are left. Phone calls are not returned. I was to have an MRI in Paris. I was scheduled once in Jackson. I called to get it corrected. I never heard back. Then I get a letter stating they made 2 MRI appointments I didn't go to and that I did things A M A. This letter was sent to my regular eye doctor and primary doctor. Utter BS and I will never go back
