All staff from doctor to nurses an office personal are very professional an knowledgeable very friendly I would highly Recommend Doctor. William Picard an staff They was prompt an getting all my prescriptions filled including my mail order prescriptions An office personal Evan helped me get all my forums filled out They answered every question I asked I would rate them 100 stars they are tops in my book

Very uncaring staff. I've had issues with the video chats and I was late this last go 8 minutes since I was 8 minutes late he drop me as a patient after seeing him for almost a year every month because they would make me go every month for renewal of my medicine when my last doctor would let me go 3 months at a time maybe it's a blessing!!!!! Nurses are jerks!
Most of the staff and Dr Pickard are very nice. Ms Ruth was great. So sorry she left. The lady who replaced her is very rude. I no longer recommend this place.
The receptionist and manager were both rude and very careless about my situation. The doctor and nurse are great. I hate having to leave because of the way I was treated by the manager and receptionist.
