Dr.Payne was my doctor since birth till about 12 and all my siblings as well, he’s a great doctor he is very caring and nice.

Dr. Payne listens to any concern I have about my son’s language delays and motor planning delays. He reviewed my son’s IEP for me to make sure he was not missing anything in his pursuit of improving the quality of life for my child. Dr. Payne is a Godsend.

We've been taking our three kids to 'Dr. Rick' for almost 19 years. We've always been happy with his care of our kids, who are grown now! They still prefer to see Dr. Rick. God bless him for all his efforts to provide the very best pediatric care.

Dr Payne and his staff are always going above and beyond for my girls. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a pediactrics office or anyone looking to swap. They are an amazing team and I couldn't thank them enough for all that they do for us.

I have been bringing my kids to see Dr. Payne since the day my oldest was born 30 years ago. He has always been kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and has always taken the time to explain what the problem is & how to treat it. We consider Dr. Payne to be a family friend. Everyone in our family takes their kids to him. As far as I’m concerned there is no better pediatrician!
