I saw Dr. Palm about a year ago ( before COVID) I was very happy with the care I received. I appreciate his professionalism, the time he took to take my history & physical which was very complete, the excellent care I feel I got and guidence as far as my blood pressure. His staff have been very nice too

Attentive, easy to talk to, and explains things well. Overall, one of the best doctors I've had.

Dr Palm is one of the nicest doctors I have ever had. He is trustworthy, listens well, easy to talk to and his beside manner is superb. If you have any fears he makes you feel at ease. He also explains any medicines in laymen terms. l was very fortunate I found him as my doctor. I have been with him many years. When I was diagnosed with Cancer, he had to tell me and I know it was one of the most difficult things he must have gone thru. I was at stage 4, rectal cancer. He immediately went into action and sent me to the next best bunch of doctors to help cure me. He truly cares about his patients and I recommend him highly to anyone who needs a good, decent doctor who speaks from his heart. He is a brilliant doctor and a blessing to us all.

We were 8 minutes late walking in the door - due to confusing office signage - and they refused to see us. They said we could reschedule for six months from now. Ha! No thank you.

I am attempting to help a patient of his place a call to his office. Patient says the Dr. is no longer at LaClinica. Would be nice if current contact info was available - not just a transfer from Asante main number. Office leaves a call back ph number on messages so why not update the number on line.
