Dr Ott and staff have consistently been excellent!

Wow! I was blown away at the level of service and professionalism. Everyone was so understanding, patient, and kind. They listened to my concerns and answered my questions. I am 100% going back and recommending them to anyone I know that has any dental needs.

As always. Amazing staff, love everyone in that place. Dr. Ott treats you like a human being and I have never had one complaint. 2 year customer plan on many more!!

So pleased to give Dr. Ott and his staff 5 stars (they actually deserve more!) From the beginning of my appointment I was greeted by Sandra, who has a beautiful smile and is very friendly and inviting. The entire office is very clean and very well organized. Dr. Ott is very professional, nice, extremely thorough and makes you feel comfortable during his treatment. Jennifer was my Hygienist I cannot say enough good things about her! Light handed, very thorough, explained everything. Dr. Ott and his staff will make you feel like you have found your dental home. Highly recommend! I highly recommend this dentist. I recently moved here and before I could get a new dentist I chipped a tooth. They fit me in the next morning. Everyone was so nice and helpful. The dentist did exceptional work. He went above the call of duty and fixed a cosmetic problem that I addressed. So thankful to have found this place. I felt like the pricing was fair. Best dental office top to bottom in the Panama City/Panama City Beach area! Dr Ott is a true professional with the utmost expertise! I would never go anywhere else in this area. Can't say enough about how satisfied we have been with the office from the front of the office to the back.

Have had many years of great care, run by an awesome staff of friendly, professional people who love what they do. This is a very family oriented practice and deserves a 5 star rating! I have never met anyone who uses their services that even had a minor complaint. We are so lucky to have them in our city!

Not only today, but EVERY appointment I have had with Panhandle Dental has been "painless". Everyone from Sandra in the office, to Amanda who does an EXCELLENT job cleaning, and Dr. Ott are genuinelly concerned about the patients well-bing. It was a semi-annual visit with a very thorough exam & cleaning. They are into preventive care - especially regarding gum disease. The hygienist explained exactly what would be done since she used some equipment I was unfamiliar with. From the oral cancer screening to the notations regarding areas to “watch”, I appreciated the time spent on focusing on keeping my teeth & gums healthy!

Office is very organized and efficient. Wait time is minimal. Sandra is very helpful at the front desk. Dr. Ott and Jennifer, the dental hygienist, are both very knowledgeable and provide excellent dental care.

On our first visit my wife and I found the office clean, comfortable, nicely appointed and very well run by most capable and helpful staff. The work of the dentist and hygienists was friendly, thorough, and comfortable. We were pleased. After more visits our feelings are the same.
