Excellent care

One of, if not the, rudest doctors offices I've ever had the displeasure of visiting. First it is nearly impossible to actually call and talk to anyone at the actual office. You get an answering service which is rude as well. When things happen that are out of your control they get mad if you want to reschedule an appointment. God forbid you have to do it again because then they'll tell you to find another oral surgeon. So overall not a place to go unless it is your absolute last choice. Ive gone to Dr Myers most of my childhood he makes you feel comfortable and he informs you of what hes doing while hes doing it. I love his staff, theyre wonderful. They all do a great job.

Absolutely the most rude place I have ever dealt with business wise. The dentist himself was kind. Only talked with him for maybe 2 minutes though, to be told stuff I already knew. The receptionist, however, speaks in a nice tone while being absolutely rude. She speaks down to you if you question anything she says and don't go along with her. I am taking my business else where because I 100% will not allow my insurance to give them any money, and certainly none from my own pocket. I was a Patient of Dr. Myers back in the late 70's to early 80's. He did all my Dental work, and did fantastic work to say the least. I would love to visit him again, but live too far away. All the Dentists in Orlando, Fl. l have visited for work on my Teeth in the last 39 years or so, Complimented on Dr. Myers Fine work! Thank You Dr. Myers!.????

My niece found the staff to be friendly and courteous, even asking about our sick family member after she had to cancel her appointment one time. The Dr was very efficient and answered any questions she had.

Had an extraction there a year or two ago. Though he seemed competent, he would not answer any questions. More recently I scheduled a procedure to install an implant, which turned out to be a most bizarre experience where he refused to answer questions about the procedure and then refused to do the treatment because I had asked questions (??!!??). I have never been to a place so rude in my life! You can't have any type of piercing when you go to get an X-ray here either so you know and the receptionist won't tell you that when she calls! They are rude and awful I had them shred my paperwork because I would rather drive 2 hours to have my surgery on my wisdom teeth than to let them near my teeth! I'm not sure they even deserve one star! I have never been to a place so rude in my life! He did an outstanding job doing my wisdom teeth. He is not rude or anything that some of the other reviews state. He is just straight forward about things. He's doing my boyfriends teeth now too. And the staff is very friendly and called and checked on me numerous times after my surgery.

My consultation appointment was month ago. Nobody has called me to schedule my extractions, though they told me, once they confirmed dental coverage through my insurance, they would. I called today...still no appointment, and they "don't know" how my insurance will cover it. Meanwhile, I have another infection and no answers.

He and his office staff are friendly, professional, and compassionate. I have been seeing him since 1995 and have never had a bad experience. I trust him so much I even fell asleep during a root canal!!

I went to this doctor to have my wisdom teeth extracted. When I went to the consultation he didn't speak to me hardly at all. The nurse turned on a video about wisdom teeth that walked you through the procedure of being put to sleep for the operation. When it was over he came in and looked at my xray and checked my teeth. I tried to ask him some questions about the anesthesia and the severe swelling in my jaw, but he was very rude with me and his answers were short. He seemed like he didn't care and was in a rush to get out. He and the video both gave me this impression that I would not be awake for the operation (which would involve him cutting two teeth from inside my gums), but this turned out to be very wrong. I showed up to my appointment for the extraction and was taken in immediately. He didn't seem to know what teeth he was supposed to be taking out and I had to remind him. I'm a very nervous patient due to bad past experiences with doctors and anxiety problems (which he was made aware of beforehand). He asked me how I was. I've had wisdom teeth removed before without any issues, but just before I always feel a little nervous and I told him so. Then without warning he got in my face with a needle for local anesthetic and I became very nervous and asked him told hold up a second. He seemed to become very irritated with me and started questioning me why I hadn't told them I'd wanted Valium or was nervous and should be put to sleep, and I told him I was never given any of those options and I was very confused because I had never thought I would be awake for the operation. He raised his voice at me and said loudly enough that my family in the waiting room could hear him, "I find that hard to believe. We give everyone who comes in here the same schpeel." He was so mean to me he actually brought me to tears. He refused to do the operation which I was desperate for because of the severe pain I was experiencing (though I'm glad he didn't do it now). I left his office still in pain and feeling humiliated. I've never been treated so poorly by a doctor in all my life. He was inattentive, rude, and dismissive of my questions. Overall extremely unprofessional. I should have found someone else after the misgivings I had following the consultation, but my regular dentist who I trust very deeply recommended him. Also worth noting is his office smelled very bad and the waiting room couches were so old and dusty it actually made my eyes water. I went to this doctor to have my wisdom teeth extracted.
