I am an extreme weight loss case. I have been working with Dr. Morrissey for about 2 years now for various reconstructive cosmetic surgeries for skin removal due to extreme weight loss. He and his staff have been nothing but kind and accommodating since day one. He has always made himself available for any questions or concerns. Post op check ups have always been simple and any complaints I may have had were addressed and taken care of immediately. He has always given his full attention and answered every question no matter how small. He even sat with me and calmed my nerves before my biggest surgery. He’s a great doctor with a great bedside manner.

The office staff lack courtesy in a big way. The provider has a chronic cancellation condition. If you really need to see someone, don’t count on an appt with this doc. The reception women who make the calls to cancel, give the same canned excuse while insulting you. They never apologize either. Save your time. Don’t be “stuck” with this provider. Check around. This doc is too busy for you.

Horrible! Treated me so poorly! He has NO bedside manner! Very arrogant. 3 surgeries in 1 year on 1 breast after mastectomy n still not done. His response was, "consider yourself lucky, most of my patients take five years. Made me feel I was no longer a necessity since my cancer was gone. Because I was upset with all his surgeries affecting my work he INSISTED I see a psychiatrist before he would schedule my next surgery. I insisted he give me a sugery date, he got angry, stood up and said, "I need to go get your chart!" What Dr does not have a patients chart during a visit? He said would be 4 to 5 more surgeries! I was shocked! Again made me feel I was psychotic. I left his office in tears feeling humiliated, embarrassed, unimportant. Got 2nd opinion, Dr said he did NOT do a good job on the surgeries he had already done and said my implant had already slid out of place! She is going to fix what he messed up, & complete me in 1 or 2 surgeries. I do NOT recommend Dr Michael Morrissey. This Dr is only interested in creating as many surgeries to charge your insurance co. See below!!! Update: my new surgeon had to remove dr Morrissey's botched up implant, put in hers, fixed the deformed areas he created, lifted my other breast, moved the nipple to perfect height AND did it ALL in ONE surgery!!!!.....NOT FIVE! I'm now all done! She said he never should take as many surgeries as he said it would. I feel great, look great and I'm ready to move forward to other things instead of surgery after surgery. I am soo grateful I went to her and so is she! Instead of Morrissey making me feel like I was having mental issues, telling me I was to have multiple surgeries and stressing me out and making me look horrible I got a 2nd opinion and I suggest you do the same. I do NOT recommend Dr Morrissey and urge you to look elsewhere.

Dr. Morrissey is the best! He made me feel comfortable from the day I met him and for every procedure he performed. He has great bedside manner and knows how to get your spirits up after a difficult cosmetic surgery. He makes himself always available for concerns, 7 days a week. I have total trust in Dr Morrissey and is my first choice surgeon for cosmetic surgery.

This doctor botched me so bad it took me 2 years to find another doctor willing to fix it. I am a Breast Cancer patient and had issues from the beginning. In the end, instead of saying "I can't help you" he blamed HIS mistakes on me. After my final surgery with him, I knew something was wrong and said so right away. He refused to come back and check on me and then refused to see me in office for 5 months. There are so many other unethical things done there is not enough room to put them.

Absolutely awful “doctor”! Went in for pain from implant from another doctor. Took some pics and measurements and said let’s wait and see if it get worse. Called me a few days later, I explained that it was getting worse and he said,” I don’t think I can help you!” No explanation when asked why!! Just kept repeating himself! Then 5 months after the fact has the audacity to send me a bill for my copay, which I fought and won! I have never heard of any reputable doctor doing this! AVOID!

From my first appointment with Dr. Morrissey office to my appointments with Dr. Morrissey, have been nothing but kind, quick, clean and have answered all my questions and concerns. I am very impressed with Dr. Morrissey and his staff.

Called the day of my "new patient" appointment to confirm office location only to find out the appointment was cancelled last month because the doctor decided to take vacation...but the office never called me or left a message. I waited 4 months for this appointment and took time off from work for this appointment only to have this happen. The consolation was an appointment with an assistant because the doctor was unavailable for another month. VERY unprofessional!
