Dr. Miles Is a wonderful Dr by far the best Dr I ever had

I have seen Dr. Miles at U F Health, Springhill for quite a while and find him to be very professional and very caring. He does not rush my appointment, listens very carefully and does his best to help with my problem, trying different things rather that pushing surgery of any kind. His staff is excellent. Sometimes there is a wait because they are very busy.

waiting long time during visit; too many staff members, no coordination between staff members on a case. no follow up, no response when leaving a message concerning a problem. The doctor is good bu the set up and the staff are unresponsive.

Initial appt with Miles was very professional/detailed. Tests ordered. NO FOLLOW-UP. UNRESPONSIVE STAFF. Can't get a decision as to what is next. 30 days since tests completed.
