The team at McElroy is great! We just had our second visit for our toddlers and the level of patience and genuine understanding is awesome. The team tries their best to make kids feel comfortable but toddlers will be toddlers! We worked together to come up with a different visit plan for their next check-up in hopes that it'll turn out a bit more pleasant for my kids. Overall, great experience! We absolutely love it here! The staff does a great job of explaining everything thoroughly, they make our boys feel very comfortable, they are patient and the office is very clean. We highly recommend McElroy Pediatric Dentistry!

The staff is so kind and makes each kid special before, during and after the visit. The space is clean, kid-friendly, and has modern equipment. Doctors and hygienists keep the parents informed and up to speed, often talking prevention and what the next steps may be for your child’s dental care. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone!

The office is welcoming from the moment you enter the building, each and every time I come it's the same experience! Warm and inviting. They are patient and kind. They are patient and go over all of my questions!

Dr Williams did a great job. Bra is always so kind and patient with my son! The front office staff is always so great to deal with!!

The perfect place to take my 3 year old for some dental work. The staff totally understand how to work with kiddos. If you are looking for THE place to care for you child's teeth... This is it.

If I could give this practice zero stars i would !!. After paying off an existing balance that I didn't even know i had.. They sent me to collections anyway and lowered my credit scores by 100 points!! Ignorance at its finest!! If you don't want false collections on your credit report.. stay away from this office .

I am so impressed with this practice! From the first call to schedule to entering the office I knew they were the place I wanted my little guy to be treated. They are serious about Covid precautions before you enter and through out the appointment.

My four children have been going to McElroy Dentistry for years now and they are always on time, very organized, personable and professional. They do a great job with my kids. We definitely recommend this dentist to others.

Dr McElroy and his staff are the best!! We have been going now for a few years and our son is not the easiest patient, but the staff are so patient and competent. They really put us at ease. Dr McElroy was recommended to me and I can't think of anyone else better!! Highly recommend for special needs patients.

It was my daughter’s first dental visit and all the staff and Dr. McElroy couldn’t have made her feel any more comfortable. They took their time in showing her everything and everyone was super friendly and kind. The stickers, new toothbrush and fish tank with Nemo in the waiting area sealed the deal :) highly recommend!

Staff is super friendly, they took the time to make my child comfortable and happy. Everyone has great bedside manners, they talk to the child instead of directing all the attention to the parent which I think is amazing! Favorite part is that they have different flavor toothpaste and fluoride for cleaning! 100% recommended!!!

I brought my 5 year old autistic son here for his first ever dentist visit (I have been dreading because he is extremely sensitive when it comes to his mouth) and the entire staff put me at ease, they put him at ease and I am so grateful for them! What I thought was going to be an awful experience turned into the complete opposite! Dr. Campbell took her time, talked us through everything and really made my son comfortable. Great care, friendly & professional, pleasant environment.

They are so amazing! I had to bring my 6 year old in for an emergency and they were so nice, and helpful, and Dr. Campbell was really soothing with my son who is usually really nervous. She had us seen, diagnosed and fixed up in less than a half an hour. Dr. Mcelroy & Dr. Campbell are the best!!!

I’ve never seen such great bedside manner from a pediatric office! Dr. Bill is wonderful and spoke to my kids as adults, making them feel more accountable for their dental hygiene. The staff is very pleasant and I will recommend this office to every parent I know.

Dr. Mcelroy's office is a wonderful dental practice for kids. The office staff, the hygienists, Dr. Bill, as the kids call him, are all kind, polite, and have lots of patience with not only the children but with the parents as well. If he would accept adult patients, I would switch to seeing Dr. Bill.

Such a great place! The staff is competent, kind, and understanding. Also, very punctual with appointment times. Dr. McElroy is awesome with the kids! Parents are welcome to come back for the exam with their children any time, but can stay in the waiting room when the kids get more comfortable.

My daughter was very nervous about going to a dentist. Staff at the Mc Elroy were amazing and they talked to her and patiently gave her the time and attention. She gets very anxious but the staff worked like magic on her and she actually was able to go through cleaning and x Ray's with ease without even me by her side. They gave her specific instructions for brushing and to my joy she brushed her teeth per the instructions. I am so glad I found this place. Thanks to everyone at the office. The entire staff is friendly and genuinely seem to love children. Doctors are patient and on time. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Dr. McElroy and his staff are very welcoming and professional. I recieved clear and thorough information and EXCELLENT service for my son who has Autism and ADHD. Dr. McElroy did all he could to assure my son's comfort. Ultimately, it was decided that his treatment would need to be completed in a hospital room setting due to my son's Autism and ADHD which made the office setting intolerable. When we were met with resistance from the insurance company, Raquel made it her mission to assist us.

I have had the most wonderful experience at this office for all my kids. I fear dentists and never wanted that experience for my kids. I will never have to worry about that here.
