The WORST doctors office for scheduling procedures and appointments. The people at the office are very rude.

Dr. Mayoral is an excellent and wonderful doctor, I’ll give him more than five stars , ???????????????????? But his staff is unprofessional and incompetent. He been my doctors for many many years, and I never had a bad experience with his staff before.

Fantastic bedside manner. Felt completely safe with him.

Very rude and quick to dismiss, was not sincere, his “bedside manner” is terrible. He spoke down to me when I went to see him regarding my stomach issues, made me feel worse mentally and lectured me like I was a child who did something wrong. I would not recommend him and feel that a doctor should be helpful, comforting and care about his patients well being.

Dr Mayoral is a genius - I think he saved my life! I have had colon cancer in my family and he discovered tendencies for the same with me. He told me to keep checking it and I have done so with great satisfaction. The staff and support that he has, are excellent. Thanks a million!

Dr Mayoral was so rude and unprofessional. My experience was horrible, after my colonoscopy, He used a bad language and said: you have to do this again, because " usted está llena de caca" I feel so frustrated and scared. After that day; I'm start with stomach problems and a lot of intestinal pain....I have insurance and this is not for free...was a very expensive procedure. Dr Mayoral is a very good Gastroenterologist, I recommend him 100% so his staff. He is a friendly person, he inspires me confidence.

Last years the service has been decreasing! Never direct appointment with Dr. Mayoral, always a different nurse practitioner. You pay to see a gastroenterologist doctor no a nurse and never is the same. Medical bad practice putting a nurse to diagnose and they never return calls. unfortunately become terrible service. Dr. Mayoral has an incredible staff. Facility is extra clean. The enviroment & experience is always amazing. Dr. Mayoral is amazing & has been our Doctor for my entire family & extended family for many years now. Prevention is key & he has kept me healthy. I love getting a folder all prepared just for me with photos of all procedures done, pamphlets on each finding so I can better understand the issue to educate me & details of the finding immediatly after the procedure. Any biopsy takes about 2 to 3 weeks. I am waiting for mine. This is my 2nd Colonoscopy & I also did an Endoscopy all at once. The procedure is painless & took about 30 minutes under sedation.Thank God I keep up with my checkups. It saves lives. Make your appt. today as you know the wait for the best Doctors are in town. I am a happy patient for many years. I just did this Friday. Today is Sunday. Doctor did say any issues to call the office immediately to report it to him. Never an issue & I feel great. I did call Friday afternoon same day of procedure to make a follow up appointment & I got the appointment by mail with a big smiley face in a letter for an earlier date. Mail came Saturday the day after my procedure so wow very impressive. I just need to make sure now that I do not have 2 Appts. My Appt. is with his Nurse Practioner Carla for my biopsy results. Exceptionally Rude.

The staff is very rude, I was on hold for about 30min and when they finally answered the lady on the phone did not show any kind of interest or patience towards me. We just started asking information of my insurance due to that i was a new patient and was trying to set up an appointment with Dr William. I don’t understand how this place has 4 stars when the customer service people act this was, it was very disappointing to the point I asked for available dates for my appointment and when i could not find anything sooner than a month I said it wasn’t going to work out and the lady literally HUNG UP on my face which I found very disrespectful and unprofessional. Beyond upset with this office. Denied my FMLA paperwork and recommended going to a primary when I keep getting referred to a gastro doctor. If bleeding internally for 6 months and having extremely elevated lipase levels isn’t justified, I don’t know what is. I came here for help to get another opinion or diagnosis and was unsuccessful. Edit: I’ve gone to them with concerns again. Continued bleeding and abdominal pain. I’m paying out of pocket and they just want to be quick. I had a recent appointment squeezed in with his NP Carla, first thing that was told to me is that they weren’t expecting another patient so it’ll have to be very quick and thorough. I was charged only to be given the same orders that were sent to my home and not be given an exam that I’ve been asking for and signed paperwork for that same visit. They will get you for your money not to help you. I recently called with health concerns and have yet to have a return call. Beyond upset with this office. Dr. Mayoral is funny and nice but to me in addition of being nice it is important to be available for the patients especially in the time of a health crisis. I have been his patient for many years but when it cones to an urgency they do not respond promptly. It’s been at least 3 times where I had a health crisis and waited 6-8 hours for a response or they never called. Unfortunately I had another health crisis, I called them on Monday to notify my visit to the ER on Sunday. The medical assistant told me she was going to send the records to the doctor and was going to call me back. She never did. I texted the doctor which gave me his personal cell number last time I had a problem when I complained about the delay in responding. So I texted him and got no response. Today is Wednesday and I left a voicemail to the medical assistant (Crystal) , another lady called her name was Ana and not only she was rude trying to blame me for not making an appointment, she said one more time that was going to speak with the doctor and will call me back. Well it is 8 pm this happened this morning and no one called me back. I don’t think this is good patient care. On the moments with need a doctor the most is when we , the patient is having a medical issue. We don’t need a doctor only to do a procedure, we need them when we are sick. I have been a patient of Dr. Mayoral for several years and I find him to be professional, great bedside manner and very down to earth on all things medical when explaining procedures and results. The staff are wonderful and caring and for those of you who see it as an "assembly line" process, I find it streamlined, efficient, timely and professional. Dr Mayoral is excellent in his knowledge, timely ness, concern for his patients, and attention to details that would escape other physicians. He accuracy diagnosed my multiple conditions and promulgated a treatment protocol for each condition. I highly recommend Dr Mayoral.

I recommend this place. Today was my visit for a colonscopy in this office. From the reception to the medical assistants and the doctor, they were very kind to me and made me feel welcome. The doctor and the assistants really took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure that all my procedure was carried out without any problems. My biggest problem is that he does not have time for patients. You wait until you are called to the back, then you wait until he comes into the room. Then he only spends an average of 5 minutes to talk to you or answer any questions you have. Not enough time. I have had to called him back into the room to talk to him about a finding on the ct scan.

Dr. Mayoral is amazing. He listens and takes an interest in every patient. I cannot recommend him enough.

He was a lousy Dr,taking my husband. He does not put attention after diagnosis. The nurse who checked he was completely lost.

Let me start by saying, I am a retired advance practice nurse of over 30 years. The experience at this office, from the medical care to the billing department was horrendous. This is an assembly line to get fees. After suffering through the process of my colonoscopy, from the humiliating prep that they prescribed and that was unsuccessful, to the absence of the physician except for minutes in my preprocedure visit, to minutes before the process and that was the last I saw him. He spoke very quickly to my daughter afterwards and didnt even give her s chance to ask questions. Then to be forced to have an office visit to get my results and charging for it, a lot of money. That visit was solely for the purpose of giving results, not by the physician, making it impossible to get answers about the actual procedure. This was followed by an insulting letter to threaten collection after I had already made s payment of almost half less than a month prior. This doctor scheduled my appointment and at the very, very last minute the day before surgery - right when they are about to close the office for the day, they call to tell me they have to cancel my surgery in the morning the following day because they made a mistake. Nobody called me the days before, and my appointment was scheduled for more than 3 weeks. This place is super unprofessional and there are too many patients. Also, they don’t do xrays on site so if you’re looking for that, save your copay and just save your time. I don’t trust a doctor who is willing to make you wait in a waiting room forever ( I waited two hours even though I showed up an hour early) to schedule an appointment he cancels at the last minute. AWESOME doctor, professional, knowledgeabe, personable, and caring.

Dr. Mayoral is amazing! He is compassionate, professional and "real." He listens! He answers questions, explains and educates about the diagnosis and/or concerns. Timely communication and feeback are second to none. He's accessible---when I reach out to him, it's rarely more than an hour before he gets back to me---yes, HE calls to answer my question! Dr Mayoral handled my case with ease. He made me feel very comfortable before and after the procedure. He visited with me and my wife for several minutes and reviewed the findings of my test. He was funny and had a great bedside manner. If any of my family or friends are looking for a Gastroenterologist I would reccomend Dr. Mayoral without any hesitation.

This practice is simply the best in all of Orlando and the doctors are all renowned for their excellence. Dr. Mayoral is a marvelous doctor and an even greater person.
