The office staff are polite and kind. Check-in and out is quick and efficient. Dr Macllwaine takes his time and is thorough with the eye exam, patient with questions and explains everything clearly. The office is conveniently located.

Very kind and informative doctor. Doesn't make you feel rushed through. Has a great record and went to a very good medical school which is so important. He's part of an eye care group that is very easy to get to, unlike some other medical offices that are in the congested sections of old Charlottesville.
