My appointment was at 10:05!! It’s now 11:50 and I’m STILL in the waiting room!! Had the same issue seeing him in Webster!! This is ridiculous!! I will never book with him again!!

Great it been 14 years and that eye is still better than 20/20 Everyone did a great job.

Dr Lipsky is simply the best of the best. Yes you may have to wait longer than desired in lobby but your care will be top notch. I would never trust anyone but him for eye problems.

Seriously, y'all… Your reviews of Dr. Lipsky should not be about his scheduling mistakes, He's an eye specialist - Dr. of Ophthalmology - not a scheduling clerk. He sees many people because he's SUPERB at his chosen profession, and his services are sought after from all over Texas. He's the best of the best, and when you do finally get in that room to see him, HIS ATTENTION IS COMPLETELY FOCUSED ON YOU FOR HOWEVER LONG IT TAKES TO RESOLVE YOUR ISSUE. Did it ever occur to you that he does surgeries in the mornings, and he might have to rebuild someone's eye, which is more important that thinking about his appointment schedule running behind. Can his staff step up and schedule better, probably, but Dr. LIPSKY is a 5 star doctor. You must anticipate wait for any doctor, that's why there are WAITING ROOMS... I say he's worth the wait!!

i would rather wait for Dr Lipsky who is a wonderful doctor than be herded like cattle with less than favorable results, careful what you wish for

Dr Lipsky may be a good Dr, but his office and scheduling is grossly mismanaged. I read the reviews complaining about long waits before my first visit, so I was forewarned - but I still went at my wifes recommendation. My appointment was yesterday at 3:25 pm ... and at 6:25 pm I walked out without seeing Dr Lipsky. We would hope that the office mgt would read these reviews and adjust their scheduling/customer service accordingly, but apparently they are slow learners. Don't go unless you are OK with sitting in a waiting room for hours. I am NOT a slow learner, and I will not be back.

Make you wait hours for a 10 minute visit. Minimum wait time is 2 hours. Customer service is forgotten to make money. Trash will not be back

Super job done on my old RK beat up eyes - corrected the vision that had really deteriorated.

Dr. Lipski is giving me hope after another surgeon botched cataract surgery in my right eye. I’m grateful that he is willing to continue to try to restore my sight. Dr. Lipski is very dedicated to his patients. He doesn’t give up! Thank you God for Dr. Lipski!

Dr. Lipsky is a good doctor, but has a bad habit of grossly over-booking his patients. My appointment was at 3 pm. After chatting with 3 other patients, we discover that we were all booked 10 minutes apart. When there was only one patient that was still in front of me, they brought a patient from another area and Dr. Lipsky ducked in to see them. That's when I gave up. I left after waiting til 6 pm. There are other good doctors in the Houston area. Don't make an appointment with him unless you have absolutely nothing better to do than spend hours in a waiting room.

I had a ulcer in my right eye and needed immediate attention, Dr Lipsky was able to assist me immediately! He helped me recover in a fraction of the time it takes for a ulcer to heal, he's very informative and takes great care of you, highly recommend Dr Lipsky!

A friend referred me to Advanced Laser and Dr. Lipsky. I was skeptical at first because my left eye had such a bad astigmatism. However, I went to the office and visited with Jamie who reassured me that everything would be OK and that I could have PRK on my left eye and Lasik on my right eye. So we did the tests, and scheduled the appointment to have the surgery. Lacey provided excellent support for scheduling appointments (more on why shortly). Dr. Stephens of Coastal Eye Associates worked closely with Dr. Lipsky to ensure that I had glasses to wear before the surgery so I could be out of my contacts for the required time. On the day of the surgery, Betty did an outstanding job of double checking my vision. I went into the surgery a little nervous but Dr. Lipsky put me at ease almost immediately. He has a very calm, quiet, and reassuring demeanor about him. I did the surgery and only had difficulty seeing out of the PRK (left) eye for a week or so. After that, it began to get better and better which was good because the left eye wasn't quite right. However, I was able to function just fine the entire time. After a several visits to check my vision, Betty realized that my Lasik (right) eye wasn't going to improve. Subsequently, Dr. Stevens suggested an enhancement (entirely free of course) to correct the left eye. It took several months and many more visits for my vision to settle down where I could get the enhancement on my left eye. Again, Dr. Lipsky was super pleasant and calm. While the overall process did not go as expected, the doctors and staff were extremely helpful. Once the enhancement was done, I had 20/20 vision in both eyes. I have never had 20/20 vision in both eyes in my life. I could not be more happy with this process. Everyone there was super kind and helpful. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is needing any eye procedure done. Thank you Jamie, Betty, Lacey, Dr. Stevens, and Dr. Lipsky for helping me see better. One of the best eye doctors I have ever had. He performed cataract surgery and YAG on my eyes and the results have been amazing. Waiting time is long because everyone wants to see him but it's worth it!

Wonderful staff!

this man is among the best in the world, he truly cares about his patients and how others are treated. he always asks about your pain level. he knows his craft so well it is a pleasure to see him work. if you have an eye emergency i would rather have him than anyone in the world. he spent a whole night putting my wifes eye back together.got no sleep at all and didn't even mention it. this guy rocks. he has given her the gift of sight. we feel we owe him big.

HORRIBLE!!! Very Unprofessional! He was 2 1/2 hours late!!! If a patient is late, they charge you and in some cases won't see you. We had to leave for another appointment after 3 hours of waiting. The patients time is just as important as Dr. Lipsky's. It would be one thing if this was the first time, but happens often!!!
