They were ok until COVID. Now they NEVER answer the phone OR return calls. My son hasn't had adjustment in months and is quite uncomfortable, but they won't proceed without an unspecified oral surgery, but they won't return the oral surgeon offices calls either. Never returns calls kinda rude here to

They never return calls. Ive literally been trying to reach them for a full year, left voicemail after voicemail and after a full year they decided to finally answer the phone. The staff there are rude and unfriendly, especially the lady at the front desk.
