Great customer service and friendly staff

I've been a Prosthodontist dental assistant for 20 years and recently decided to get adult braces. I know other Orthodontists but chose Dr. Layman because of his amazing results and his caring chairs idea manner. His staff was professional and concerned about my comfort. They were very thorough with instructions and let me know exactly what to expect over the next few weeks. I would absolutely recommend Straighten Up Orthodontics!!!!!!! I was very impressed with this office and all of the staff. Dr Layman spent a lot of time to explain all the details of what my son will go thru his first experience with an orthodontist. Its going to be a journey but looking forward to it. Thank you!!!!

Competitive fees, knowledgeable friendly staff, modern and clean office! Dr Layman and Weber spend ample time with patients and always seem to remain on schedule! Been a patient for 6 years (3 kids with 2 sets of braces for one) and never a bad experience. Billing department is amazing and understanding. Consultation process is thorough and low pressure. Very caring compassionate patient centered care with amazing staff and competitive fees! On my 4th set of braces in our family and wouldn't go anywhere else. One child has extreme dental anxiety and the staff was amazing with him! Even the billing/receptionist staff is welcoming and personable. Very comfortable clean modern atmosphere. Staff and doctor spend ample time with patients yet still remain on schedule! Feel like a part of the Straighten Up family:)

I cannot say enough good things about this office!! I have been a patient of Dr. Bill for over 2 years. He takes the time to explain how the process works, his expectations, and what the end results will be. He really cares about what he does and your oral health. He is very thorough and ensures that the job gets done right the first time. He is very personable and takes the time to get to know ALL of his patients and he knows ALL of them by first name. Also, Dr. Bill's staff is awesome! They make sure that you are comfortable at all times and use the utmost safety and care when performing procedures. They are very friendly and personable and greatly contribute to the overall experience.
