Dr. William Kuo

Scheduled an appointment, received confirmation, drove 2 hours, waited in office for an hour, and was then told he couldn’t see me. I had some post op issues, and clearly specified I needed to see him. I think he puts on a good act, but doesn’t care. He always wants to dump you off on his PA who is incompetent. I am a cancer patient and felt this was very important. Apparently it didn’t think like a good medical person.

Dr Kuo is a very good physician he was very caring and respectable. I have also been treated by him in the past he removed bladder tumors I had that were malignant Hes a good surgeon also,I would refer him to others that need to be seen by a urologist. I definitely would rate 5stars for this dr.

This is not the first time I've interacted with Dr. Kuo. Ten years ago my wife developed kidney cancer and Dr. Kuo was the surgeon who got us through this terrible ordeal. It's been a few weeks since I have been dealing with this big kidney stone and a stent. I just want this out of me so I can work again. William Kuo was a great doctor. First visit yesterday and I finally found someone who would help me out.

Recently became a patient of Dr. Kuo. I recommend him highly. I have struggled with kidney stones and he has helped me tremendously. He is kind, personable, extremely knowledgeable, and sensitive to his patients pain. I feel blessed that he is my doctor.

When you walk in the door everybody is great. Dr Kuo is excellent.

I like Dr Kuo very much as he explains all in details so you understand. We would recommend him highly.

He's been my Dr since 2017 and has been a God sent. He's very compassionate and caring. I recommend him to any one who is in need of his services. I give him a 15 + out of 10. Explains things in simple language you understand.

Dr Kuo is a very kind and understanding doctor. He takes time to listen and answer any questions you have and explains what your options are.

Fast check in and the doctor promptly. Very good visit.

Very good visit . Timely spent more time addressing my issues , got routine procedure I didn’t even know was needed . Great Doctor to deal with.

He is always pleasant and explains things in plain english.

Dr. Kuo was down to earth and took the time to answer all of our questions. I felt comfortable having him as my Doctor.

On time appointment, friendly and knowledgeable staff, Dr Kuo prepares before coming into the room, and sincerely listens then explains medical terms and procedures so I clearly understand. He then makes sure I have no more questions before ending the visit. Very easy to talk to and definitely has my well-being as his highest concern.

Minimum wait time was good. Sign-in was done pre-appointment via my computer. Dr. Kuo was very pleasant and provided answers and advice for my situation. I will see him in a year.

I have been waiting for years to see my Dr Kuo again he’s a real compassionate and caring, he’s been there to help me through my problems with my kidney stones and my intercystal cystitis. The staff at this location were wonderful, thank you.

I had him at another site before. He is an awesome dr. Very caring. Never keeps you waiting long. Very good in his feild would definately recomend him to others.

Dr Kuo it was a good experience he was able to explain what the issue is and what actions are needed to help the patient, but on our 2nd visit the assistant of Dr Kuo was the one that attended to my Dad and it was a TERRIBLE experience, she is RUDE ( define rude uses words like I DONT CARE), she does not care which options would make my Dad's life be more comfortable for him, he is 89 years old and first time to use catheter, professional ethics is very important , you may know what treatment to make but if you don't say it in a professional way, it sounds terrible.

Dr. Kuo is absolutely the most Wonderful Dr. I could have ever asked for. He’ honest, kind, compassionate And truly cares about his patients. He’s simply amazing!!

It was my 1st visit so I arrived early. Filled out my paper work and was in the exam room in a timely manner.

Perfunctory. Seemed most interested in doing a "procedure". Did make more sense than my primary care nurse.
