Not your guy. Botched my friend’s implants. She was devastated. Buyer beware. She needed a total revision. For 3x the price. How disappointing.

Dr Koenig deserves more than 5 stars. His bedside manner, professionalism, personality and knowledge are off the charts. His staff is equally as amazing. His assistant Lauren is the sweetest woman I’ve ever met. She is sincere and I’ve never felt so comfortable with someone I just met as I was with her. She is a true asset to the company and we could only be lucky to have more people like her in this world. The whole experience at Quatela Center has been wonderful. The patient consultant (Lauren) is just a gem! She answers all questions, sends information, is timely, and helps you consider all options! All the staff was so friendly and helpful. I felt so comfortable, educated, and am completely overwhelmed with the amazing results of my surgery. Dr. Koenig is very through and explains nearly all questions and considerations you may have in your consultation and throughout your post operative care. He cares about what results the patient wants, but also provides his recommendations tailored to your body. I will refer this practice over and over! Dr Koenig is such a professional and so knowledgeable in his craft. He and his team are so kind and make you feel right at home from the very beginning. He makes you feel at ease and provides you with enough information to help you make an informed decision regarding the procedure you are considering.

Dr Koenig, is an outstanding professional. He answered all my questions through the entire process. I'm now on my 4 week post procedure and I'm very pleased with the results so far. I was hesitant to have the procedure but his confidence helped me feel at ease. The entire experience have been flawless. Thanks to Dr Koenig and all the staff that interacted with.

Dr. Koenig is the best! He is very skilled at what he does and would never perform a procedure on you that he didn't believe would be beneficial. I know I am in good hands with Dr. Koenig.

I recently had a Mommy Makeover with Liposuction to the Knees and Medial Thighs. After 3 natural births and one c-section, my body was never the same again. Currently I am about 7 weeks post op and I am thrilled with my results. This truly is life changing. I feel beautiful again. I chose Dr. William Koenig from Quatela for my surgery. With his many years of experience and great track record, I knew I would be in good hands. The staff is amazing too. I appreciated how they all made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I took great comfort in knowing I was in the right place, with the right surgeon. THIS made all the difference in the world. I felt safe. Dr. Koenig is talented. He is kind and patient. I had a tummy tuck and liposuction of the iliacs by Dr. Koenig in the fall of 2019. I am extremely happy with the results! I am a member of the medical community here in Rochester and the Quatela Center has an excellent reputation among medical professionals. Dr. Koenig and his entire staff lived up to that reputation. Everyone was very helpful and went out of their way to make sure I was completely informed about the procedure - both preoperatively and in the recovery period. I have no hesitations in recommending Dr. Koenig to anyone who is interested in the procedure. I wish I had it done sooner!

Dr Koenig is a kind and caring doctor. He listened to my concerns and answered all my questions before surgery. His attention to detail is impeccable. He genuinely cares for his patients, and it shows!

This doctor not only explains the procedure, but also every step of the way. I wouldn't go to any other - he is so thorough + kind. I've had a few procedures done by Dr. K. + each time has been a pleasant experience. His staff is also wonderful + caring.

This is the worst plastic surgeon ever, Dr.Koenig did my under arms from wait loss, he said he had done several of these surgeries. Well it was the worst experience ever, my arms became infected I went back to see him, he denied they were infected, I had to go to emergency, the drs there said my arms were infected very bad, and I ended up with Lymphedema in both of my arms. Dr.koenig denied everything. Hes the worse dr ever. The office never called to fallow up with me. I had to go back and forth to the hospital to get antibiotics for my injected arms I ended up having to see a Lymphedema doctor. This is a very unprofessional plastic surgery clinic, no falow up from them and total denial from them. I have all the proof , do not waist your time with this clinic. THE WORST EVER, NOW IM STUCK WITH HORRIBLE SCARS AND LYMPHEDEMA FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE. The botox looks perfect! I wish he would have discussed other options with me, such as a lip lift. Or possible surgical options (since he was unwilling to give me Juvederm). Other than that, the botox went great.

Dr. Koenig is one of the most calm, caring, pleasant, knowledgeable & skillful MD's I've ever worked with. From the admin & support staff right to the doctors, the entire team is most welcoming and a constant source of reassurance.

Dr. Koenig and staff are amazing. I recommend them for anyone looking for a mommy makeover. My recovery has been flawless and I feel and look amazing. Pain was a minimal and they are always a call away for any question. They truly care and respect their patients. I can not thank them enough for allowing me to feel alive in my own body again.

I have been traveling from Niagara Falls to Rochester as a patient of Dr. Koenig for about the past 7 years. I am turning 58 years old soon and he has really helped me fight my battle against my bodies normal process of aging with the use of several different fillers. I started my fight with aging when I was in my mid 30's and tried other physicians locally. Those experiences were at best mediocre in comparison. I highly recommend Dr. Koenig he cares, listens and his results are impeccable!

Did a great job with the botox. Didn't feel the needle at all. Was hoping I'd get a little more info on lip surgical procedures such as a lip lift since he was unwilling to give me juvederm.

Great experience! Quatela Center is absolutely beautiful and welcoming. Dr. Keonig and staff are knowledgeable, kind and great at what they do. I could not be happier with my results and my experience with Dr. Koenig!

Dr. Koenig is an excellent surgeon. However, I feel after having breast augmentation with two family members, Dr. Koenig and his staff do not spend enough time with each patient explaining the desired outcome. If this cannot be achieved, this needs to be explained before surgery and possibly use an alternative method to get the results the patient is looking for. A suggestion would be to bring in a 3D breast imaging simulator. The teeshirt method does not work.
