I advocate for my mother-in-law with Parkinson’s. On her last visit to Dr Knapp she was told he would order her a walker. It’s been 4 weeks & I’ve called twice to check on the status. He still has not placed the order! It also took a reminder phone call for him to refill her blood pressure meds. We have not received a call with blood test results or bone density test results. One of the kindest physicians I've ever been to.

This physician was on call 12/8/17. He was called regarding a patient who needed medication for an urgent issue. He did not let the nurse get out all the information about this patient and spoke very rudely to her. The patient was actively dying and needed the medication, but he wouldn't stop judging and being nasty long enough to listen. If you have a loved one who is on Hospice, this is NOT the physician for you. No compassion. Doesn't listen first. This physician was on call 12/8/17.
