Dr. William Arthur Kirsch

Dr. Kirsch has been our family's doctor for the last 30 years and has always taken the time to listen. He takes the time to find out what's going on, then analyzes what could be going on. He is wonderful at individualizing his message to everyone involved to ensure it is understood. We love his directness, while compassionate care. We recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor. His staff is amazing as well!

My children have been seeing Dr. Kirsch for about 6 years now. While I appreciate his directness, sometimes you can feel rushed and leave feeling as if you need a second opinion. I don’t feel as if he takes the time to truly listen to the issues we’re having or takes them seriously. And if you call and leave a message about something forget about it. You’ll get a nonchalant response and feel as if he and his nurses don’t care. His nurses also typically look angry and as if they don’t want to be there and the office as a whole just seems very unfriendly. I know the office isn’t use to seeing kids, as I notice it’s mostly adults and seniors, but it would be nice if they could hire someone on staff with pediatric experience (even just a nurse).

Dr. Kirsch is great at discussing what your issues are and understanding some form of go forward solution. whether it be medicine or specialist referral he has managed my health care for 20 years. The on-site labs and Xray make your visit a one stop appointment to address what ailments you may have.

Everything went well. Check-up and a couple of additional concerns addressed.

After years of receiving what can only be called marginal care, your office sent my father-in-law a letter admonishing him for missing an appointment...even though you knew he had been in the hospital, had been discharged to a rehab facility...and later that day he passed away. For years we witnessed first-hand the sub-par care you provided, even though granted he was in failing health. You did little to improve the situation and displayed some of the poorest bedside manners imaginable. In my estimation, you've stolen enough money...perhaps it is time to hang it up.

Dr. Kirsch has been my physician for 35 years and has never failed to take the time necessary to answer all my questions and concerns.

Listens intently to your issues. Gives his diagnosis and prescribes what needs to be done and any medicines that are necessary to start to resolve the problem. He is a man of faith and great integrity. I am blessed to call him my family doctor and a good friend.

Over the past 90 days I have had 5 or 6 visits. Dr Kirsch always takes time to clearly explain what the medical issues are and to explain his intended course of action. He is always friendly and attentive to my questions.

Received appointment quickly, less than 5 minutes wait time in waiting room and exam room, took time to listen, always discusses options. Staff were all accommodating and skilled... I have a high level of trust for Dr. Kirsch and staff.

He is so incredibly kind- amazing bedside manner! He always listens to my concerns and we didn’t find an answer for my stomach pain he continued to look and give referrals and check on me. He didn’t just shrug or give up or think I was faking it. Also is so caring about my mental health struggles and never makes me ashamed for needing medicine and helps guide switching medicines. Explains everything so well and detailed. He’s professional and kind and really cares about what he is doing and his patients. Indiana is lucky to have a doctor like him and I’m lucky he’s my general practitioner.

DR. KIRSCH welcomed me when he entered the PATIENT’S ROOM—always friendly and caring. He discussed the reason for my health problem—both today’s and my on-going health conditions. After examining my condition, he diagnosed and explained what my diagnosis meant as well as his recommended treatment. He then ordered a blood draw for a confirmation of his diagnosis.I have been a patient of Dr. KIRSCH for 30+ years—I trust him and appreciate his knowledge and concern for me as a patient. Always courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, and caring.

I find Dr. Kirsch to be a very good physician. He is attentive to my questions and concerns and exhibits a thorough knowledge of the latest treatments for my well being. I can recommend him with no reservations.

Dr. Kirsch is one of the rare physicians who take the time to listen to his patients. He's thorough, highly competent and willingly remains active with your health, even if the need to refer to a specialist is part of the treatment plan.

Dr Kirsch has an incredible bedside manner and makes you feel right at home. He truly cares about his patients and always talks in terms the average everyday person can understand. Him and his staff are very timely, courteous and always make you feel welcome when you need to pay a visit. Most people dread the visit to the Dr since it is usually due to not feeling well, but Dr Kirsch always makes you feel comfortable and welcome during the visit and I actually look forward to my visits and checkups. Just an amazing organization

I saw Dr. Kirche as a new patient yearly check up. Staff was very friendly including the lab. They all made me feel welcomed. Dr. Kirche was very friendly, down to earth, extremely informative, and really listened to my concerns.

Dr. Kirsch took over our family's care from a previous Dr at Noblesville Family medicine and he has been the perfect Dr. to manage our familie's care as our family has gotten older. He takes the time to understand us as individual patients and our underlying conditions. His staff is personable and responsive to our needs. I had three concerns and Dr. Kirsch addressed each one. I did not have to wait for my appointment. I was able to get my blood test and x-ray at same location as my Doctor's appointment.

Dr. Kirsch went above and beyond to diagnose and get me the care I needed. Originally thought I had Covid and at 8pm in the evening Dr. Kirsch went to the office and found my results had been negative, Dr. had told me to call in the am and get in to see him only appointment available was 3pm I asked to relay that info to the Dr. and he had me immediately come in so he could diagnose and get me some treatment. I recently had a bicycle wreck that left me with bruised ribs and an issue with staying asleep at night. . My choice is to avoid as much medication as possible so Dr. Kirsch worked with me to find medication to get my body back in sync with a normal sleep cycle without having negative side effects.

Dr. Kirsch is observant, intelligent, open minded, understanding and easy to talk with.

I had a concern and we did a teleappointment. I requested guidance on a health issue and was given prompt attention. Dr. Kirsch LISTENS. He is the doctor of my husband and myself. My husband has a chronic condition that not many primary doctors know how to address or really have not done their research on (our experience with other providers). But, from the get go, Dr. Kirsch understood the condition and has been a positive guiding physician for my husband. I am thankful he took me on when my long time primary care provider retired. I was kind of lost, and, he took me on as a patient. Whew! And am I glad.

Our family has been seeing Dr. Kirsch for more than 20 years and really appreciate his attention, caring and compassion. He is thorough and makes sure your concerns are addressed. He is part of the Riverview Health network which we use for other specialties as well as the hospital. Nothing but great service.

Absolutely. Dr. Kirsch put's his patient interests first. Over the years he has helped me through a saga of continuing health issues. His treatment plans have always proven to be effective - meaning he is a unique and gifted practitioner. But his manner, dedication, listening skills and focus, are among the characteristics (and character) that lifts him beyond merely being a great doctor. He's a great person. Of course his nurses and administrative staff mirror his own expectations but I interact with them less than Dr. Kirsch so my focus on this review is to make is clear that he is an extraordinary doctor and I am fortunate to have been his patient.

I've been seeing Dr Kirsh for almost 25 continuous years now (rare occurence nowdays!), and would prefer to continue he remain my Dr. From pneumonia to just ordinary getting older aches & pains, I trust him, and value his judgement & professionalism. Never impatient or dismissive, he's the long time past 'old school' Doc that keeps me going. One of the 'Good Guys'.
