William Kheu save my life he is an amazing doctor I had 2 surgeries with him and he literally save me thanks to his knowledge he found a very early stage of cancer and refer me to a great doctor if I’m still here is thanks to him my familie and I are so thankful he would be always on my prayers

Unfortunately seen him several times for various things while our primary doctors in his clinic are not available for a more urgent situation that has arisen. He doesn't listen, interrupts in the middle of answering questions he's asked, and doesn't seem to care for the patient whatsoever. I wouldn't recommend him as a friend, a work colleague, a doctor, or even want to sit near him at a cafe. Please stop being ignorant and set in your ways, and listen to your patients.

Really Nice Place For Woman's Healthcare ☯️

Charged for a supposed missed appointment They gave me one card and a reminder call and called my sister with the confirmation for the second appt. I was on an LOA and I wasn't scheduled wasnt cleared to go back yet and I was YELLED AT YOU SHOULD HAVE BEEN BACK ALREADY! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL@

If I can give negative I will. I went here for a few years seen William khieu he was an okay doctor but I felt he always violated the HIPPA law and disclosed my information with my family at their doctor appointments while I was not present.

So to start I always have to wait 20-30 mins in their waiting room. I get there early and check in and they can’t even find me in their system like I’ve been removed. It’s not the first time they said this so I have to refill our paper work for the third time. So after all that we get into the ultrasound room I tell the tech if we figure out the gender if she could please write it down and put it in a envelope. the tech says “just because your here to figure out the gender, doesn’t mean that’s what’s going to happen it’s not about that.” “ it’s about your second anatomy scan, I’m not going to go out of my way to see the gender for you. If you want you can reschedule a week later for the 3D/4d to see”. With a nasty attitude. After that I was crying quietly, because I was astonished about how rude she was. Not even five seconds of the probe being on my belly she says Boy out loud .it was so fast and the angle didn’t even look like in between the baby’s legs but I could be wrong. After that she was so fast about taking the pictures and didn’t say a word till she was done and said congratulations on your boy and left after giving me my pictures. After walking out I was sobbing cause I spent so much money on a gender reveal party and to enjoy it with my family . Do not come here spend the extra gas to go to Monterey and have people treat you with respect and dignity. Unlike this horrible place. During my pregnancy I started out really liking this place but the level of care has gone way down in this place. Wait times are absolutely ridiculous, receptionists are rude, doctors cancel appointments on you last minute. I’m in my last couple weeks of this pregnancy and I really wish I didn’t have to go back.

I had both of my children with Dr. Khieu's office through both of the pregnancies and 5 years apart. He is wonderful, skilled and funny! I wouldn't go through it with anyone else! Thank you Dr. Khieu!
