We were very pleased with his concern he had when he saw a need to see a heart doctor he gave us the doctors name called there office to have them to call us. He went above and beyond to help us.

This will be my third procedure, so I kind of knew what to expect. The visit with this new location and new doctor was very good. I had one concern about my out-of-pocket cost, I was told none, if that holds true, all tens Across-the-boards.

He was very thorough.

Dr. Keith really listens and doesn’t interrupt my explanations and concerns.

Good experience. Only suggestion is to give patients a written summary of what was done during the procedure. I was unaware that any thing had been done other than looking around until I went in for a follow up ten days later.

Dr. Keith is kind, professional, thorough and is unrushed as he listens and discusses my medical issues. I appreciated his expertise and positive attitude as we planned the course of action.

Dr. Keith took his time explaining everything to me and answering all my questions. The was so nice and made me feel at ease.

I see there are a lot of good reviews here, my experience was not that good. The day I had my endoscopy, one of my molar crowns was cracked and broken. The tooth was literally fine before that procedure. I contacted the office right away but of course the Dr. will not take credit because they don’t think they ever make mistakes. I will not go back there. I had to pay 600 to fix it. My dentist even said it was a break, not from chewing. Find a more professional, caring place. I was able to get a appointment very for quickly, office staff was friendly and helpful. I was impressed by Dr Keith felt very comfortable with him and trust him

Unfortunately, this office is very discombobulated. First, I scheduled an appt with Dr Keith (ensuring it was him and no one else in the practice) only to be told it is now with another doctor and would have to be rescheduled for a week later even though it was for a serious reason. Secondly, I drive another HOUR for my newly rescheduled appt, am made to fill out the paperwork, do vitals, sit in the room and then am told by the office manager that I can’t be seen... because I had seen another local gastro and it is their policy to refuse me. Um, what? The policy is fine (not really though because like no one does this). But I get that. But making me wake up early, get childcare, and drive 45 minutes to the office to tell me that, is cray cray ???? people change doctors all the time... and the doctor sending in the office manager instead of just introducing himself and explaining... well, It all says a lot about this office and I’m glad I won’t be establishing here. My only regret is sending another friend here previously and her not liking dr Keith enough to switch to another doctor within the practice and now looking to switch out of the office completely. Felt he was personable and knowledgeable!

Was recieved very well. Dr Keith listened and am glad he is my GI doctor.

I was very impressed with everyone at your office. Everyone was very friendly. Dr Keith was very helpful. I will recommend him to my friends.

Dr Keith listens to what you have to say. Explains thoroughly why a procedure is necessary. He makes you feel like a person and not just another appointment.

I couldn’t say enough nice things about the practice and especially Dr Keith. He is very thorough. He listens carefully to every concern I voiced and immediately ordered the tests I needed to find out whats wrong. I trust him completely.

The office is well run and efficient. The waiting time was not long and Dr. Keith had a great sense of humor and explained everything in detail to my satisfaction. In other words, Dr. Keith has a great bedside manner and I felt very comfortable with him being my physician.

DO NOT GO HERE OR ALLOW YOUR LOVED ONES TO SEE DOCTOR KEITH! Four years ago after running a routine MRI for my fathers Barrett’s Disease a growth on his adrenal gland of 2.1 centimeters was found. This information was never passed along to my father.... Two years later they noticed it had grown another 1.1 centimeters, still this information was never passed along to my father. The forth year (this year) during the routine MRI they noticed once again it had grown another 2.3 centimeters, so they FINALLY decided to refer him to a urologist and tell him what is going on.... WHY ON GODS GREEN EARTH DID IT TAKE THE DOCTOR FOUR YEARS AND 3.4 CENTIMETERS OF GROWTH TO REFER MY FATHER TO A SPECIALIST (urologist) AND FINALLY PASS THE INFORMATION TO HIM??? Terrible doctor who does not look out for his patients or listen to your concerns. I would leave 0 stars if I could!! I met you, Dr Keith, when I had my colonoscopy in 2016. I Loved your personality and decided if I need to go back to a Digestive Specialist it would be you if possible. After meeting with you again today, I am happy with that decision. You made me feel very comfortable and I appreciated that very much. My experience with a couple of other physicians here in Florida that I have are not as personable and friendly. I Thank You for seeing me and being the kind of Physician I enjoy going to.
