Very long wait time for appointments (over an hour past the appt time). Was told I was scheduled for surgery, but then they "forgot"to let the Surgery Dept know. Then, after rescheduling, the Billing Dept called and they wanted payment at least one day before surgery (I have insurance). Not sure I still need this surgery and will look for a second opinion. Reason for two versus one star is that the doctor seemed pleasant, although he was rushed and didn't answer questions thoroughly.

Was seen at 4:15 for a 3:05 appt. with no apology from staff or doctor. When I asked if this was normal, I was told yes!!! As I waited forever, I could hear nurses standing in the halls next to me having personal conversations that were very inappropriate Will not be back and would not recommend to anyone.
