The staff at the center were so caring and took their time dealing with me, Doctor Julien was awesome while he was doing the procedure. My recovery time was fast and not difficult at all. I thank God so much and thanks to south Florida vascular association doctors and staff.

I believe the support medical team is very helpful, knowledgeable and willing to address any particular concern(s) one might have. Furthermore, it seems patients are their primary and only concern.

The most professional, efficient and caring staff I have ever had the pleasure of of being treated by. The office decor is stunning, welcoming and very tranquil vibes.

I had an UFE today. Sean, Reuben & Stephanie were great to work with. They made the procedure a pleasant one from the beginning to end. Dr. Julien, you have an amazing team. Thank you all????????!

I have been a patient of Dr.Julien since the year 2000 he fixed all my veins and for years I had no problems. He is excellent and then staff is great. I will defenetly recommend this doctor.

I liked the attention that I received. Although I have some difficulty with the English the fact that she helpd me with the limitation with the language. I have been a patient of Dr Julien’s office for a few years. Upon recommendation of Charline and Dr Julien I began the EVLT procedures on my legs in October of 2021 all procedures were a success with no complications. During the entire 7 week treatment Dr.Julien, Charline, All the Nurses, and Front Staff were great. Very attentive and courteous. I really appreciated the support during my procedures because I was very nervous and concerned. The Dr and Staff were always available to support me through the process. I would recommend this office to anyone having any Vascular issues. I have been a patient of Dr Julien’s office for a few years. Very polite and office is very clean

The most courtesy and professionalism I've seen in a Dr.s office in my 68yrs. The entire staff go out of their way to ease any anxiety you may have and to make the procedures a breeze.

I have had three Procedures done by him The ELVT is the hardest to endure. I would like to say the person that assisted him is great. On my next procedure I hope to have Judy there also.

If I could leave 0 stars, I would. To be clear we never got to see the doctor because his office staff are TERRIBLE. I was given an urgent appointment for my 100 year old mother by Kim who I spoke with several times that morning. When I called the office (per Kim's instructions) to tell her we were on our way, Brandy, who claimed to be the "office manager" told me not to come, there is no appointment for your mother today! I explained that she must be mistaken as Kim had been very clear when she called me to give me the appointment. Additionally, we were on our way. "Kim is not in charge, DO NOT COME HERE" she yelled, "the doctor will NOT see her!!" My daughter and I argued with her to no avail and she finally hung up on us. I cannot imagine that a doctor who allows his staff to treat patients in this manner can be anything but a terrible person and a sub par doctor. As an aside, my mother passed away from vascular problems. Stay away from these awful people.

I just called this office on 9/22/21 due to my Mother having issues with her leg. I spoke to someone named Sarah who was very rude, spoke over me with annoyance in her voice because I was not satisfied with the recommended tele visit option she was trying to give me when it's obvious my Mother's leg need to be looked at........NOT through a tele visit! I had phone consultation with them and after that they never reached back out or called back.. now they are billing me, for what!!! U guys never did a dam thing!!

I have no idea how this office could have any bad reviews! I had such a great experience, from my first phone call to being seen in the office almost immediately, to the super friendly comforting and kind staff who took the time to make me feel better when I thought something was truly wrong with me . I highly recommend!!

My hubby had 2 procedures done. Then to finish off the Dr. Refused and told him get out I'm not doing it COME BACK IN 3 MONTHS. He is in dyer pain. Please read reviews before going there. He is the worst

just now I am completely and thoroughly appalled with the way I was just spoken to by the office manager Brandy as well as another staff member named Monica ... completely rude and unprofessional. I made a call to the office Monday 5/10 and left a message with someone there regarding a complaint of pain in the surgical area 5 weeks post op. I did not receive a call back until Thursday from Jackie the MA. She contacted me to schedule a follow up Venus ultrasound. She also explained to me that she attempted to contact me twice on Monday but my voicemail was full ( I think what she meant to say was not set up) in any case .. no attempt was made again until today. The appt was scheduled to "work around" my schedule .. only to receive a call less than an hour later to tell me that they no longer have this appt available??? . Already frustrated, I requested to speak to an office mgr. I was told that she is working from home and will call me back .. fast forward to the conversation with Brandy whereas I was told that Jackie "shouldn't have made the appointment" as that is not part of her duties, I'm confused ... why did she call me then? Now I am voicing my concern in the length of time for a return call and was rudely asked . "well if it was an emergency, why didn't YOU call back" I said if it were an "emergency" I would have went to the ER .. it should have been treated as a priority. I had been dealing with it until now but still wanted it to be evaluated. I told her I didn't call because I am very busy with work it slipped my mind while at work (office hours) as I had been dealing with it for a while now and the pain is worse at night. Brandy informed me that her staff has a life and is busy too, Now I'm no genius however ... her "staff" works for Dr. Julien and his patients, so their responsibility and life, during office hours, would be to make sure the patients are taken care of and followed up with. I called the office back immediately after speaking to Brandy to find out if there is someone over Brandy and ultimately speak to Dr Julien. I had the displeasure of speaking to Monica who immediately had an attitude when I asked to speak to Sarai, letting me know (indirectly) that she had already spoken with Brandy regarding our interaction. I was questioned, " you already spoke to our boss, what else do you want?" I asked who was above Brandy and was told that she (Brandy) is the highest person on staff , I said " that's sad" Monica responded with, " Im not sure why you would say that, but OK ?" I said please have Dr. Julien call me I would like for him to know how his patients are bring treated.. Monica then says "I'm sure he would like to know how Brandy was talked to as well." You CANNOT be serious with this .. am I being punked ??? I was then informed that she would give Brandy the message... I will make sure he knows that this happened . on to Yelp .. The entire staff is nothing but amazing! From the receptionist to the nurses to the PA’s. I’ve had 2 procedures with Dr. Julien and both times my nurse Karen was the best. She just makes you feel relaxed. I guess others complain because they have nothing better to do...I absolutely recommend this office.

The front office staff is curt. Dr. Julien is knowledgeable about peripheral arterial disease, but it's difficult to speak to him directly in my experience. I had a technical pre OP question and wanted to speak to Dr. Julien. I was told my request would be conveyed. I didn't hear from him until the day of the procedure.

He saved my husband’s leg.

Very off putting consult. He seems annoyed and very short. Will not being going back.

Pushed me to do a procedure I didn't want to do. Very pushy, and seems annoyed by my questions.

I am forever grateful for the expertise and professionalism displayed by the Doctor and his staff!

I needed to have a procedure due to my continuing battle with Peripheral Arterial Disease. The nurses & techs are extremely experienced & competent. Dr, Julien is an excellent, talented clinician who spends time explaining what he found during the procedure & how he was able to improve the blood flow to my leg.

I arrived for my 8.30 appt and was told I was going to have another sonogram an consult with the PA. My appointment was with the doctor. The Dr came in only because I insisted.
