Dr. William Todd Johnston

I visited this doctor's practice at Polyclinic. Total bill for a regular eye exam came at $649. Rx his office gave for eyeglasses was incomplete, and I had to follow up with his office (was told to take measurements myself). When glasses came back, I couldn't wear them, took a vision exam with another provider, turns out Dr. Johnston took myopia measurements incorrectly (his Rx says -1.5D, Rx from a different provider came at -0.5D). In a nutshell, I got ripped off for an incorrect Rx.

Don’t go here for blepharitis. I realize drs are very busy but dr Johnson really owes it to his patients to be an expert with everything he is treating. Really really disappointed with my last visit. Had almost no treatments to offer for blepharitis. Told him I’m in pain and suffering, had nothing to say. It seems that he is not current on modern treatments for blepharitis. This is FRUSTRATING for your patients. We are trusting you to be experts. Educate yourself and be an expert for god sakes.
