Been a patient here for a while, but the receptionist is very rude and nasty to people. She cuts ppl off and put them on hold forever. They do really care about the well being of their patients. I suggest find a different doctor because you might be gone by tomorrow........ just saying

I wish there was some way of applying zero stars. DO NOT visit this facility if you want to remain in good health or recover. They rarely answers the phone. The doctor never returns calls. My elderly, sick mother has been waiting over 2 weeks for 1 prescription to be filled. Even the insurance company has been calling them with no success. RUN FROM THIS PLACE. Recipientist is rude. Called for a appointment for my husband who is recovering from covid. Explaining his situation she cuts me off, and puts me on hold. Need better staffing who is caring, and to listen.

I guess everybody’s experience is different I just so happen to have a great one. I guess you won’t know till you try him yourself. So here is my review my hands were hurting. I’m a hairdresser and he has help me immensely from adjusting my back to helping me with vitamins and nutrition. I just find him to be amazing. This places SUCKS . You will wait forever due to the INCOMPETENT staff. Avoid if possible .

At one time, there a great level of professional care given towards all patients. Now it's just a rotating door of inadequacy with patients complaining about what service they didn't get or would like to receive. You never get your results of your lab work on your follow up visit. Doctor forgets a lot of your things or just doesn't care

He's a good Dr& knows his stuff

This place is horrible Dr. Johnson is good but the staff is incompetent. Be prepared to be here for at least 3 hours.

I felt uncomfortable with his staff. And when I left important forms to be filled out, they misplaced it.

I would give this Zero stars if I could. I saw this doctor on 6/22/17, the office kept my insurance card and almost tried to keep my change (from my co-pay). When I realized they had my insurance card I called them but they were closed for the week, when I called back the next week, the receptionist fumbled at the desk looking for my card then kept placing me on hold while she searched. She took my number to call me back; I also requested results to which I was told a doctor would be calling me back. 5 hours later I call them back and she says I have your card. When the hell were they going to tell me? It is now 7/24/17 and I have yet to receive a call about my results from blood work a month ago (the receptionist confirmed the results were in by the next day). What type of doctors office keeps your results and doesn't return calls? What type of doctors office has staff who keep insurance cards and don't even call the patient to inform them? Do not go to this place, they do not care about their patients and the "nurses" are not knowledgeable or professional. I would give this Zero stars if I could.
