Great experience all the way through!

I have never seen a doctor's office ran as efficiently and as professionally. A truly unique experience. I was impressed!

Dr. Isbell gave great care to my daughter, listened to her concerns, and found a solution that helped!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Dr. Isbell and the staff at Raleigh Ortho are amazing!

Follow up for shoulder replacement. He has been my doctor for 15+ years. He is great. Multiple surgeries and each one has been a great experience.

Dr Isabell is the best. People from Europe and around the world were in the waiting room to see Dr Isbell for his expertise. He is truly the best in his field. I was sick and he healed me. What else can I say, but he cured me.

Dr Isbell, PA Jeremy and staff work together so well as a team. They are supportive, reassuring and I always leave feeling uplifted by their advice and attitude.

Dr. Isbell and his staff performed surgery on my right shoulder a month ago, having done my left in april. I cannot say enough good things about him and everyone that I was in contact with! They know their stuff and make you feel like family! Shoulders take awhile, but the improvement is dramatic!

This was first visit to Dr. Isbell. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We look forward to working with him. His nurse was also very friendly and helpful.

Dr Isbell takes his time to listen to me explain my health and shoulder issues. Then he explained my options to me in a way I can understand so that we can decide how to proceed with my treatment.

Dr Isbell is one of the most knowledgeable and personable providers I've ever seen. He makes the best recommendations based on your individual situation. Fabulous knee doc in Raleigh!

I knew something was not right with my knee. Dr Isbell had repaired a family members ACL a few years ago. My visit was well worth the 2 hour drive. If you have knee or shoulder issues and have doubts about your trajectory, see Dr Isbell.

Shoulder and bicipe pain. It was tendonitis, not a rotator cuff issue. PT and no surgery!

Dr Isbell did a fantastic job repairing my injured shoulder in January 2022. I would certainly recommend Dr Isbell for all of your orthopedic needs, not only because of his surgical skills, but also because of way he interacts with his patients. Spend 10 min reviewing your medical issue with Dr Isbell, and you’ll feel like you’ve know him for years. Great surgeon, and an even nicer guy!

Extremely thoughtful person who makes you feel like any issue can be solved.

Another satisfied visit with ROC. I like the way the doctors talk to you about procedures And other alternatives than surgery.

Dr. Isbell is not only an awesome surgeon but an amazing person who genuinely cares about your well being and life after surgery. The operation is just the beginning as he wants to help you get back to a level of functionality that meets your expectations and allows you to perform at a level that is consistent with where you were pre-surgery. Obviously a difficult goal but one that he strives to achieve.

Always a friendly staff - very efficient process and Dr. Isbell is super helpful in explaining topics and offering advice.

Dr. Isbell saw me post-surgery for a loose piece of hardware from an ACL reconstruction from a different surgeon that somewhat 'failed'. I had seen a third surgeon in the RTP area who had recommended an additional 4-5 procedures on my knee (some of which may not even be strictly necessary), even after I had spent 8 pretty difficult months recovering from 3 earlier procedures (including the partial failure of the ACL, and a microfracture that was unplanned, which I woke up to). Dr. Isbell took a very different stance: instead of recommending more surgery ASAP, he a) thought that doing only the bare minimum of what I need/want for my physical health was appropriate and b) giving me some time to see how my mental/physical health was doing before we do additional procedures was the better approach. I can't express how refreshing this was. I really appreciate that Dr. Isbell does not push procedures on his patients, and has conversations with them about what their fitness goals are to determine what's best. I will likely need additional procedures in the future, and I plan to seek Dr. Isbell's care. Very professional, Dr Isbell set me at ease immediately, explained the surgery required and recovery time. On time appointment, and staff was great.

Appt process was simple and efficient. Office atmosphere and staff second to none. The office visit was conducted in a way that allowed plenty of patient input, which can be hard to find in some physician environments. Could not be more satisfied with Dr Isbell and ROC. Well done!

Dr. Isbell performed a reverse full shoulder joint replacement on May 25, 2021 on me and it turned out GREAT!!! Dr. Isbell truly cares about his patients and takes the time to listen to you and explains the surgery to you in a way you can understand. After the surgery Dr. Isbell makes sure you are comfortable and he is ALWAYS there for his patients. I would recommend Dr. Isbell to anyone that is having shoulder pain! My daughter tore her ACL skiing a year ago. Dr. Isbell and Jeremy performed an excellent surgery and the knee is in great shape.

Dr. Isbell is very attentive. He explains things well and gives thorough explanations to both my wife and myself. Great!

Great doctor! Great bedside manner.

Always on time, friendly and very professional. And knows how to relive my pain and look for the best solution and price (when I have to pay out of pocket).

My last visit was disappointing. The registration desk was slow and it took me almost 10 minutes to get checked in. (I had arrived at 10:20 for my 10:30 appointment.) Then there was not a room available, so I did not see the Doctor until 11:00. To pass the time, I wanted to check email, etc., but the ROC wifi was not working. Dr. Isbell is a fine surgeon, but the patient flow was not good during my last visit. My last visit was disappointing.
