Dr Heyerman fixed my torn miniscas He did an an awesome job and it feels wonderful now just got to go back to him to get my other knee fixed cause I tore the miniscas in that one now

Very unfortunate that your office manager is so rude to your patients.. I will no longer seek my care here..Ive bern a patient in this office for 35 not the Same since David Hankin died!!

I've found Dr Heyerman to be well informed, spends time to make sure he gets things right. He answers all my questions and takes the time to explain until I'm satisfied. He did my total knee replacement in June and I'm very happy. I was very thankful that I didn't have to wait 6-12 months for scheduling!

I've only rated a 4 because I haven't had my surgery yet. Do far the doctor and staff have been friendly and helpful.

Zero regard for patients needs. Poor exam. Took a case he was not qualified to take, a specialist was specifically requested and he, after taking the case wasting our time and billing the insurance, admitted he is not a specialist in that area. Wrote an incomplete report. Poor bedside manner. Extremely disappointed.

Dr said I needed surgery but needed to get insurance approval. I waited 2weeks and stopped by. They acted like they didn't know about it. Then about 3days later they called and said I needed to come in and fill out a paper to send to insurance. Needless to say I am now going to another Dr.

Wonderful doctor. Excellent fisherman. Fair golfer

When I visit, Dr. Heyerman takes the time to get me as well as possible, including one minor surgery. Trustworthy. (G B Nelson)

He hasn't seem prepared at each of my office visits. Has never shown me my xrays, MRI results or additional scans. Each visit I've walked away with different information and he was not pleased when I would ask questions. He may be a good surgeon but dealing with his patients is quite questionable.
