Amazing Practice, They treat you like family from the time you walk in until you leave. All the doctors and nurses are so friendly & helpful. I recommend this practice to anyone who needs surgery!

You don’t find doctors like this too often. He is a gem. First, he is a top-notch surgeon. However, it’s his attitude and bedside manner that make him stand above others. He is genuinely caring and has your best interest at the center of his care. You would think all doctors would be like this, but it took us FOUR doctors before we found one— Dr. Hagberg— who would help my daughter relieve her pain for the past three years. He even brought in another doctor with him during the surgery who specializes in a different method in case that was best for her which would be determined during the surgery. From just that, you can tell that he doesn’t put pride before patients and wants what’s best for the patient. I recommend Dr. Hagberg without any reservations! Other things to note: My daughter was 12 during the surgery, and he was fantastic with a child. He followed up with her even after we moved by teleconference. His team makes it very easy for the patient and helps set up OT and all pre-surgery needs. His office is very clean and workers are conscious of Covid concerns. One building houses his office, the surgical center, and OT (if you choose to use them) which was very convenient. Their OT staff is amazing by the way. You don’t find doctors like this too often. I just had a small surgery done on my wrist, the entire staff was truest amazing. Everything went extremely well, they made my first ever surgery such an easy experience. I’m someone who hyperventilates when having blood taken, so I was extremely nervous. If all surgery experiences could be as pleasant as they are here then people would have nothing to worry about. They answered all questions thoroughly, made sure I was completely comfortable, and called the very next day to check up on me. Thank you so much to the entire staff! Dr. Hagberg has been my doctor for the last 5 years and performed both of my surgeries. He always goes above and beyond to check everything and run tests when I have any concerns. He's always made me feel like he genuinely cares about me as a patient and doesn't rush the appointments like a lot of other doctors do.

Excellent doctor and well run office, but would appreciate their making the waiting area a calming, no-politics zone by putting something other than Fox News on the TV. The office manager refuses to change the station.
