chnaged the appointment at last minute twice, was unapologetically TWO hours late, wouldn't do remote visit to explain a positive biopsy, believes "older woman don;t need their breasts anyway". Rude, crude arrogant STAY away. I left with no new information, highl;y anxious and no treatment plan
