Dr. Glickfield is uncaring and incompetent.He failed to take the oxygen level in a patient with shortness of breath,ordered a test at a hospital that does not have the testing equipment and failed to enter the correct codes to get the procedure approved by insurance co.Add to that that he told his staff to procure a referral to a specialist which the replied to the patient as,"Call her yourself and make the appt."So,a month out from the diagnosis of a possible serious lung condition,the patient has still not seen the specialist,has not had the required test and Dr. Glickfield had never called to explain.The patient will choose another primary care physician immeditaely.

he has been my dr for years wouldnt know what to do with out him. his staff though could use a little bit of fine tuning
