Dr. William Harry Gans

Saved my life! Trust him completely

My wife went to an appointment at which Dr. Gans told us he was not a specialist who could treat her condition. Minimal adequate screening could have ascertained he was not an appropriate doctor for her to see. It is not his fault per se, more the fault of the incompetence of the Cleveland Clinic screening protocols. But he did nothing for us and wasted our time. Now they won't even refund our co-pay.

Cleveland Clinic, Dr Gans top notch. Caring and professional.

Dr Gans is extremely knowledgeable and informative. He was very professional and gave great advice and information.

Had a procedure, and the outcome wasn't anywhere near what was expected. Lost work time and income. Very, very, very, very poor follow up.. Scans done which probably weren't needed. Could go on, but it would be a very long list of complaints.

Dr. Gans is horrible.... He literally told me "I don't know what you have". It felt a bit rushed and careless. When I asked questions, it felt as if he didn't care. He was not interested in what I had to say...... Save your money and time and go else where.

Dr. Gans is an excellent doctor who cares about his patients. He exudes a true confidence that really helps relieve any stress before an operation. I trusted his decisions and he explained everything thoroughly. The urology surgery went as planned, and the recovery time was miraculously fast. Dr Gans even helped move up my date of surgery which was such a blessing to relieve the pain I had been suffering under. Thanks to him and his staff! Excellent surgeon.
