I wish I had read these reviews before I went to Dr Fleming. I definitely would have chosen another doctor. Everything stated here is true. The so called nurse had patient forms and information across the messy desk. I had to pay close attention to orders Dr. Fleming wanted her to process. I was afraid she would use someone else information for my orders or vice versa. Then the orders were sent to the wrong place so I did not get in for testing for 2 more weeks. Prescription called in wasn’t correct and pharmacy called the nurse several times over period of 4 days. Still did not get what’s needed to get the testing done. Dr. Fleming is a good doctor but his staff is a nightmare. I don't know why they have patient portal because they do not respond and do not return voicemails. I've been a patient of Dr. Fleming for years and he taken care of me very well. The last few times it's been very difficult for any assistance for prescription for pain. It's been over 3 weeks and I've left 4-5 voicemails without any response. They’ve taken away the use of the portal most likely because the nurse could not keep up. Voicemail full.

Disorganized, unavailable, LONGEST wait of any doctors. Drops files and unable to pick them up. I picked my paperwork twice and he had not been familiar with any test results in front of him. Have seen him 3 times and he has little compassion. The office staff is apathetic.

My husband was injured in auto accident in August 2020.wequicklywent to Er an all the X-rays and scan lab work was done Med given to him he was told he was bruised badly and take it easy was gonna take time. We were discharged but he wasn’t acting right or moving .so we call Dr William Fleming office and explain what happened and my concern about his motor skills.got appointment we saw Dr Fleming with out any long wait time.Dr Fleming went at these symptoms very aggressive and different tests and scans ,he referred him to other specialist.and when we got the results from the Dr.Fleming . He had a closed head injury and contusion Orthopedic Spine Dr Found T5 fracture.with this Dr Fleming referred us to the Orthopedic back clinic and two visit there now my husband is about 95percentback to his norm. The doctor is great. The problem is the office. No one answers the phone. You can't make an appointment. I brought paperwork into the office that was to take 7 to 14 days to fill out, it's been a month they are still not filled out. When you call Stacy/Tracy never return calls. No one returns calls. I decided after the poor customer service to get my husband a different doctor that has good customer service. The doctor is great. The problem is the office. No one answers the phone. Absolute train wreck. It is impossible to get in touch with the doctor. Have been trying to get a copy of a test result for 1 month now. Would highly discourage people from going to this practice.

They never return calls ever!!! Dr Fleming talked to my mom crazy over the phone while questioning her about my dad’s medical issues. It’s been over one month and still have not gotten my dad’s test results. Dr had my dad come back multiple times for multiple tests instead of doing all the test the first time. Told him I needed diagnosis so I could put my dad in a home but he didn’t care. No medication has been prescribed for what I’m pretty sure is Dementia They never return calls ever!!! I think Dr. Fleming is a fantastic doctor and I would recommend that anyone see him; he is personable, thorough, spends good time with the patient, answers all questions. The serious issue with his practice are the office administration,employees, and medical assistants. It is my experience that they do not answer the phone, they do not return phone calls, they do not return voice mails, they do not return written messages (from the receptionist all the way to the medical assistant). You cannot get a return call from the doctor (I'm not sure if it's because the doctor won't call or because the doctor does not get the message). Complaints to the office manager do not resolve the issue. From an administrative standpoint this office is poorly run. If you require an accessible doctor with responsive office staff, I DO NOT recommend Dr. Fleming's practice. I dislike giving this kind of review, because I actually like Dr. Fleming, but people should know what to expect from this practice. I was a patient here for nine months before I decided to get help elsewhere. The staff is horrible. Almost always cant get in touch and have to leave a message. Forgot an appointment when i showed up and had to rescheduel. 3 times tried to set up a payment for a bill and they forgot to do it twice and another time sent a bill after i set up payment plan. The staff is horrible and there is no accountability.

I brought my mother here to see Dr. Fleming and we waited over 1hr30 minutes before I decided to leave. This is ABSOLUTELY pathetic and UNPROFESSIONAL!! I would NEVER recommend him to anyone!! He needs to have some common DECENCY and not treat his patients this way!! I have found my mom a new neurologist and HOPEFULLY it’s better experience than this one!???????????????? I dont know the story behind a lot of these reviews, but my experience was completely different. The Front office staff was super nice, the Back office staff was super nice, the Neuro testing tech was AMAZING! and she talked me through the process. Dr Fleming was really nice and he did a through job.

Dr. Fleming is very knowledgeable and respected among his peers. In my opinion, he is fantastic at diagnosing a disease, but less effective in treating it. So, if you’re frustrated because no one can give you a diagnosis, then you’re in the right place, but once you get you diagnosis, keep it moving and find a doctor who is humble enough to listen and involves you in the treatment process.

Botched preauthorizations, no call backs, no working technology and/or staffs’ inability to follow through with its commitment to provide a solution, consistently ove an hour and a half late for appointments, appeared to forget why I was seeing in as evidenced by his asking such even after ordering and seeing the results of over 32 tests In short, Dr Fleming was disrespectful of my time and appeared to be more interested in ordering tests than identifying a solution.

Today is 5/2/19 my appointment @ 2:30pm its 3:55pm and haven't seen the doctor as of right now. I never seen a Dr that doesn't care of his patients waiting. I see why his rating is very low because of his service. I might have to move around because it's not fair.

This is the most unprofessional rude and pathetic excuse for an office I've ever seen. The time between appt time and actually seeing the doctor is greater than 1.5 hours on the minimum. Fleming doesn't know his left from his right... the staff couldn't get a job in any other office in the usa

Staff very unprofessional including the Doctor Fleming he doesn’t respect or acknowledge Multiple Sclerosis patients. I wouldn’t refer ANYONE here this not a only personal but I witnessed how some Doctors don’t deserve their license. I know God will protect us no matter what horrible experience we encounter

I witness how they did not do there job we made the mistake not looking at the reviews because we would have never went with him not only have they been lying saying. My appointment was at 0915, he called at 0950 to tell the nurse he was running late. It’s 1015 and he still has not arrived.

The first experience was not good he was over two hours late, but because we thought he was good we tried again. The second time we called and played phone tag for three weeks to get an appointment. Finally got one. We confirmed they had the referral from a month earlier. They called the day of the appointment stating they lost it. The lady we made the appointment with even said she had seen it when I finally was able to schedule an appointment. Now we are looking for another neurologist. Dr. Fleming is a good doctor but most of the staff sucks. The receptionist is not a people person, she's always dry. The nurses also sucks , they never get anything done in a timely manner .

Dr. Fleming is an excellent doctor. I have seen him for 20 years and wouldn't want another neurologist. He is clinically skilled, knowledgeable, professional, and very personable. While I would not give his staff five stars, Dr. Fleming is a keeper!

The Front Desk Staff is not friendly at all and the wait is horrific. My Mom is disabled and a Senior Citizen with Alzheimer's Disease and gets very agitated when she has to sit and wait long periods of time. You arrive on time for your appointment and have to wait an hour to be called and 30 minutes before the doctor comes into the room. I like Dr. Fleming, but will he looking for another doctor. Missed my diagnosis by a long shot. Told me I had age related vascular disease when in fact I had a dural fistula. Could have had a life threatening hemorrhage! Thank goodness for Dr Orlando Diaz finding and correcting the problem.

I went to this office for daily headaches. Was diagnosed with migraines. Given prescription for Topomax. When I went for my follow-up, I told the doctor m experience with Topomax and how it increased my headaches, he laughed and he said "no way" and told me to continue to take it and proceeded to give me more meds to take with it. I googled it and saw where several people had the same problems with Topomax. On today, I called the office to tell how Topomax was causing me to have memory loss and lack of concentration. I have yet to have anyone from the office to call me back. I spoke to someone at my rheumatologist's office and told them my symptoms and they looked it up and said that according to what they saw on the computer, it showed that those symptoms warranted an immediate callback from a doctor's office. Terrible - has an attitude that his patients don't count. I got there at 12:50 for a 1:30 appt about 3:30 I picked up my things and asked for a refund - doctor made all kinds of pat excuses I told him his time wasn't anymore important than mine. I got my refund and left.

I love Dr. Fleming himself, he takes care of me and my needs and that's really all I could ever want from a Doctor. However, the staff behind the desks is awful. Receptionists hardly ever answer calls, and they don't return calls. I had to get an appointment set by the switchboard operator at long last, if that's even believable! My insurance requires a prior authorization for certain prescriptions, and they haven't even called my pharmacy back after 3 days. It's beyond ridiculous. I love Dr. Fleming, I hate the burden that it is to get anything done over the phone. Since the phone calls have been the majority of my experience to this day (my visit with Dr. Fleming barely lasted 20 minutes), I have to give them two stars.
