Highly recommend Dr. Fell professional, knowledgeable, kind. The in office procedure was quick he performed with great skill. Went over everything explained the next steps clearly, including what insurance has to approve. Staff is friendly and helpful made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Very clean facility. Dr. Fell and his office were extremely professional and caring. He was very direct and explained things very well. We had a plan clearly outlined for our next steps in treatment. I would recommend Dr. Fell to anyone who is in need of thyroid surgical care.

Dr. Fell always takes good care of me. First meet him in the ER here after complication from a surgery in Dallas. He jumped right in and fixed me up although it wasn't his surgery. I appreciated the help.

I was really disappointed with the care I received. Dr. Fell was rude and abrasive and did not try to understand my experience at all. I was at the office for almost 2 hours and I spent only about 3 minutes with Dr. Fell, most of which was just him brushing me off. He said “Do you even notice it?” when asking me about my mild hearing loss. I wouldn’t have made an appointment if I didn’t notice it. When he saw that I already wear hearing aids, he said “Why are you even here?” I was interested in getting higher quality hearing aids from them, but I will never be going back to their office. I went to Costco the next day and received excellent service there. They really listened to me and did a much more thorough hearing test for free than this office did for $75! I left Dr. Fell’s office feeling frustrated and unheard. Very disappointing.

The doctor and staff was great they didn't give us the run around like the doctors in Midland he told us what we need to know and that he would take care of my son's issue

Overall, we haven’t ever waited an extreme amount of time, we always are greeted politely, and never had an issue with any appointment/procedure!

First time visit & couldn’t be more pleased!! In & out, usually never happens, all staff was amazing keep up the professionalism!!

Dr Fell is a wonderful doctor, the whole staff is nice and you get in and out fast.

My PCP had to refer me because a concern I had with mouth sore and throat. They got me in the same day. Great everything!!

This man didn’t listen to a word I said. I begged for an MRI. After numerous phone calls of begging a cat scan was scheduled. After I was billed I was sent on my way. Absolutely no compassion. Complete waste of time.

Went to Dr Fell early last year with concerns of feeling pressure on my throat. After a cursory exam he told me no worries it was probably stress or acid reflux. Gave me a prescription for Prilosec. Basically blew me off with no further tests ordered. Being a nurse I chose to go to someone else for a second opinion. After our move to the Dallas area I explained my concerns to my new PCP. He immediately ordered an ultrasound. Two nodules were noted on my thyroid. Today I received notice I have THYROID CANCER. Had I not persevered this diagnosis would have gone undiscovered. Trust your body and know when something isn’t right. Don’t give up. Shame on you Fell, yes I left off the Dr, for not caring enough to listen to your patient and rushing through your exam. Nice experience but would have liked more time to talk with Dr Fell. Too long wait to see the doctor. Nice staff and patient with me I had not been feeling well all week and I speak French so they were speaking a bit fast for me.

I had a 9:00 appointment and I arrived at 8:30, by 8:50, I was setting in the room and waiting for Dr. Fell. He came in very quickly. I have never seen a Dr before my appointment time.

I didn't have a standing appointment but they worked me into the schedule. Dr Fell treated my daughter and myself swiftly and efficiently and with care. I very much appreciated the fact the i didn't have to spend a lot of time waiting around.
