This guy is so rude it’s unbelievable… I had a consultation with him and showed him my blood work and lab tests done at a hospital. I told him I was getting pain on my lower left abdominal and the guy literally told me he doesn’t know what to tell me and he was very hostile when I told him I didn’t Have insurance.. he lacks professionalism and empathy. He’s not pleasant at all and I felt he was a bit racist towards me as well. First thing I was severely reprimanded by the doctor for missing my first appointment. When in fact I had rescheduled it for medical reasons. Second he stated he could not do anything for my intestinal bloating,indigestion and bleeding. He told me the bleeding was due to hemmoroids,despite the fact that I told him I had severe stomach issues. He also told refused results from my lab ,cause he said their condition would ruin his machines. In short he seemed very rude and took little interest in my physical complaints. Dr. William Erber is a nice doctor. However he makes you wait a long time for the answers for your tests which only takes a few minutes. and does not explain it thoroughly. However his son Jonathan Erber. Is a nasty, arrogant, horrible person. . He should not be working as a doctor if he has an attitude like that. I am not the only one who sees it. Other patients as well. He is not a nice person. Very disappointed Dr. William Erber is a nice doctor. I have been a patient of Dr. Erber for approximately 15 or more years now. I went to him for acid re-flux issues. After an endoscopy, I was found to have esophageal ulcers. Medication and diet were successful in healing the ulcers completely. Since then, I have been a long-term patient of his for GERD. I make sure to complete all scheduled endoscopic procedures and have completed two colonoscopies since reaching the age where one should begin scheduled checkups. He is an amazing doctor. He is a teaching physician as well. He authors articles for publications in his field. We have sat and spoken about his constant desire to stay prudent and up to date in his specialty area. During the post procedure consultation, he takes the time to explain any concerns that he may have. He often takes a personal interest in how my general quality of life is at the present moment. You leave his office each time, feeling as if someone genuinely cares about who you are as a person. Don't be afraid to schedule routine procedures. This is one area in preventative medicine that must not be neglected. These procedures are painless and save untold lives. Amazing, AMAZING doctor!! Dr. Erber is your dream come true as far as confronting the taboo that comes with most doctors. He is patient, understanding, empathetic, and expressive in his diagnosis. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, the office is clean and presentable, and the wait time is never too long. It is so difficult to find a doctor who takes the time for their patients that they truly need, and Dr. Erber absolutely does that. He is inquisitive; he actually listens and interacts; and he goes into detail when explaining how symptoms work and relate to one another. The anxiety that builds when you are a new patient quickly dissipates as soon as you are brought in. This office is all around fantastic, and I highly recommend! Amazing, AMAZING doctor!! I have been a patient with Dr. Erber Williams since 2002 and he is awesome. The staff is awesome very funny, polite and professional. There is a wait but most great doctors care to explain what's going on with you. He does not rush you out his office, gives you his full attention. I love him and recommend him highly.

My experiences at this office have been horrible. Most of the staff is very disrespectful. Dr. Erber is a cocky individual who has no respect for his patients. He told me I had no problems and fine but in fact I had hemorrhoids! When I went back many times he told me to get over the counter stool softer and that’s all. He yelled at one of his staff members in front of everyone in the waiting room. He asked me a million times what I do/where I work and would forget for the next visit (I’ve seen him more than 5 times! This shows how he doesn’t care about his patients). During a procedure they had someone (I believe an MA in training) without even asking if I was okay with it... Very uncomfortable. 0/5 stars steer away. I have been waiting a hour my grandpa appointment was in 10:30 am and I am still sitting in the waiting area at 11:42 am ! ! A mysterious customer service that doesn't answer you. People who came after us are going in before us ? ? Racism ! I am really ashamed of this place.

bad.most of the time you have to wait three hours just for a few minutes of consultation with this doctor.i was there on september 17th,had to wait almost three hours.they called me just to say the computers are down i cant see the doctor.how frustrating.i am changing this doctor.you better off going to the emergency room.
