Dr. William Jordan Conner

I was so fortunate being referred to Dr. Connor by Push health. He is a AMAZING doctor. I was fed up with the Atrium/Novant monopoly of health care and I reached out to him and I wasn't disappointed. He listens to his patients and he cares I have been a RN for over 20 years and I have seen a lot and to be honest I didn't think doctors like him still existed. I am so happy with my experience with him and I wish I would have found him earlier in my "health journey ". Thank you Dr. Connor!!!

wonderful physician! me and my family have been going there for years and i can tell you without a doubt he is a very trustworthy and kind, sweet doctor!

such a wonderful family doctor. have been coming here for years since i was a baby, and dr connor is one of the sweetest most nicest family physicians you can ever meet and trust in charlotte. i cant recommend him enough because he is such a reliable and kind person. he knows how to make people feel comfortable and laugh! i absolutely love this clinic and the staff is so kind and sweet. especially that one girl with the glasses i think her name is naya. she is kind of stinky but cool i guess

Dr Connor offers the best medical care in the Southeast in my opinion - I was lucky enough to meet Dr Connor several years ago on the Push App for emergency remote care. Since that meeting Dr. Connor has become my remote and in person family care doctor for my entire family. Although we live roughly one hour away from his practice, we would never think of utilizing any other practice. Knowledge, experience, attention to detail, quality of care, follow up, and long term planning and solutions to medical issues make Dr. Connor simply the "Best In Class" in my opinion.

Dr Conner is the most caring and compassionate physician I’ve ever been to. He has always treated me with respect. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

First of all, I went in to get my annual physical. I didn’t even get that done. He sat me down and pushed anxiety meds on me which I’ve been down that path and I don’t want them. He went ahead and prescribed me even though after multiple no’s. I felt extremely uncomfortable in this clinic and do not recommend as I also got shafted on a bill that came in when my insurance should’ve covered it. Dr. Conner is AMAZING! He seems to really care. He has helped me online multiple times for my skin condition. I rarely right reviews so that says a lot.

Dr. Conner is a wonderful, caring and kind doctor. He has been my father's physician for over 20 years. He takes the time to listen to ones needs and he is patient with my father as he cares for him. He asks questions about his health and he makes sure my father understands what he is saying. Lately, my father has been having some difficulties with his health and I have been visiting his appointments to make sure I understand what his needs are. I am impressed every time I listen to the instructions Dr. Conner gives him. I am thankful that my 90 year old father is doing well now. A big thank you to Dr. Conner who has taken the time to care for him and do all the follow up appointments to make sure he got the care he needed. Dr. William Conner is by far the best doctor I have ever had. His receptionist is exceptional. And he is by far the most caring doctor.

Set up an appointment for Saturday. When I arrived no one was there. The sign said to come back at one which I did. Still no Doctor. Called Monday to see why this happened and the receptionist said I was being rude because I asked her when the Doctor would be able to give me an explanation. Terrible service.

I was not feeling well and I called the practice to book an appointment the front desk associate took the time to figure out what's going on with me (because they didn't have any available today I called short notice) And she went above and beyond to tell the doctor about my condition. Dr Connor is hands-down the best doctor I've ever met. He cares so much for his patients, which is very rare in this day and age. He has always gone over and above in caring for his patients. I owe him my life, being that he is the only one that found my cancer and encouraged me too seek further help. He comes highly highly recommended.

I had a very prompt appointment with Dr. Conner and found him to be caring, engaging, knowledgable, and extremely helpful. He was thorough and, unlike some doctors I have dealt with, willing to listen to me and prescribe the medication I know has worked for me in the past instead of some new, expensive drug that has just come out. I am so grateful to have found him.

Dr. Conner is hands down the most thorough, knowledgable and compassionate doctor that I've seen. Multiple people in my family see him. He goes out of his way to help patients and makes sure to address every health issue that is brought up. The world needs more doctors like Dr. Conner!

Dr. Connor only takes membership patients. After several visits does his staff try to talk you into joining his medical membership. If you don't join, then good luck hearing from them ever again. When you call his office you will never get a 'live' person on the phone, you will always get a VM system to leave a message. Makes you wonder about this practice. So sad that if you don't join these medical memberships you are forgotten and never get any follow-up from Dr. Conner. They should tell you on the phone while you are making your first appt that this is a membership practice. Instead they wait and then try to bait you after your first visit. I sent Dr Conner a simple form that was time sensitive. He had the form for 2 weeks.I called 4 times left messages and was put on hold for 20 minutes then the call was dialed back into que. If the Dr required anything from me ( more info etc) he could have contacted me a week or more ago. This leads me to believe that since he changed to this (Company) that his lack of Patient care has went through the roof. Dr Conner it's a shame that you and your practice has changed like this. Most genuine doctor, very professional

I was told up front that the practice was moving to a membership model. Since I was a preexisting patient I would be told when the transition was official. I called for my lab results today and Dr. Conner picked up my call to talk to me personally. I've had an extremely hard time getting a doctor to listen to my symptoms. I have a follow-up to discuss my "high" and "low" items on blood work, but finally answers! I usually pass out with needles, but the phlebotomist was the best I've ever had. They let my husband be there the whole time to distract me/hold my hand. The office manager / nurse was professional, efficient and caring. It's beyond nice to have a dialog with a doctor and leave feeling like you have a course of action and your doctor cares. Both office managers I interacted with were professional & caring. I came to my appt with 2 pages of notes. Dr. Conner actually referenced specific items proving he didn't just politely glance over them. He took a tremendous amount of time with me discussing how I felt, doing an examination and when I needed bloodwork (I usually faint), it was the best experience I've ever had. A doctor that listens, cares, is truly knowledgeable with an awesome team! It's rare to find someone so genuine.

I haven't seen "Dr. Conner" in a long time. Just recently I have been getting all of these emails from his practice for all these sites. I'll go ahead and say it, when I did go to him, his face was dug into his laptop. Not like the Doctor I left him for. My doctor actually looks at me when i'm talking to him. And thats not the worst part of all of this. Dr. Conner's diagnosis with my Mom almost killed her. He is lucky that the V.A. was able to help her and that we didn't go to court!

Dr. Will Conner and staff are wonderful! Personalized service, friendly, and very high quality medical practice in Matthews.

Experienced and very thorough, he is by far one of the best doctors I've ever had. He doesn't assume anything and will give you a thorough exam before he recommends anything and will always look for the actual problem instead of masking symptoms. Excellent doctor.

I have been a patient of Dr. Conner for over ten years. He is by far, the nicest, most compassionate Dr I have ever met in my life. I recommend him over anyone. If there is a problem that for some reason you may need a specialist, he will send you to someone who has more of his style of practice. Someone who cares. I can't say enough about him. I waited for a very long time in the office after my appointment time. He did not address the main issue that I came to his office for. But, he sent me other places as a referral and had me come back to his office that same day. NOW I still have the medical problem. He made no effort to address that problem. I have the same problem I wasted time and money.
