Cannot rate. It is very hard to make appointment. Phone is always busy. Have attempted several times.

I got approved for surgery by my insurance and they would blatantly refuse to answer any of my phone calls or attempts to schedule an appointment. Waste of time. All the good reviews were definitely "encouraged" by staff. guess they were lucky enough (rich enough) to actually get ahold of them.

I was very impressed with Dr Cohen how he took the time to address and explain my health issue. If you are looking for this specialist related to ; throat and ear . You will be satisfied with his attentiveness.

Very nice staff. Very nice office. Dr Cohen took his time with me and called me the next day to go over test results. Very good experience.

I had a great visit at Dr. Cohen’s office. His staff was very accommodating and fit me in for an appointment because of my symptoms. When I showed up, I didn’t have to wait. Dr. Cohen was very understanding, listened to why I was there and each of my concerns. Dr Cohen was very informative and his staff was very polite very good experience

I met Dr. Cohen over a year ago through my primary care physician’s recommendation. I am so relieved I finally found an ENT who not only has the skill, knowledge and experience to help me, he has such a warm and friendly personality. I have unfortunately had a few very bad experiences with a past ENT which I will not go into, but Dr. Cohen completely fixed all my issues. The previous surgeon really messed me up. After a year of working with Dr. Cohen, he performed the surgery I needed so my nose is no longer collapsing, and I can finally breathe properly. He is extremely thorough. In each appointment I have had with him, he spends as much time as I need answering all my questions. Because of that amazing quality, there is sometimes a wait to see him, but that is normal for any specialist that is this talented that I have ever seen. He is 100% worth any wait I have had, and my husband agrees – who was with me one of the times we had to wait. Absolutely worth it he said. His staff are super friendly and helpful and work to accommodate your needs. If you are not able to get ahold of them – just be patient. They will get back to you. Make sure you are pressing 0 for the main operator. The after-hours exchange is also super professional. They have direct communication with the doctor if needed. They also give their patients the ability to text a question which has really come in handy as I was recovering from my surgery. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has ever struggled with ENT issues. My mom is actually now going to see him for issues she has had for years. He is not even in her insurance network so she will be paying out of pocket to see him because of the amazing care she has seen him give me. Horrible horrible service. I was referred to this dr and was given the address in Placentia. When I arrived, they were closed. I went online and found that he has a second office in Orange. I tried calling to see if they would still accommodate me if I drive there and was sent to voicemail with every option. Finally after 40 minutes I got an actual person. By now I’m angry and instead of apologizing for the confusion and trying to fit me in, I was again placed on hold and made to feel like I was INCONVENIENCING them. Apparently they can afford treat their prospective patients like dirt. If this is in indication of future service I wouldn’t go; as a mater of fact, I already called to get another referral. Based on other research it appeared to be a good doctor but poor quality office staff. Speaking from experience, office staff is beyond terrible. Rarely answer phone, never returned our calls and even after finally meeting the doctor he called his staff while we are present to setup asap surgery, we never received appointment. And I should mention, when we arrived to the appointment, it again terrible office staff. Don't waste your time with this office staff. Can't rate the doctor, after 4 attempts at trying to schedule we gave up. It's been 9 months and we never received a call back. Dr. Cohen was awesome! He was efficient with his time but still extremely kind. He was not quick to jump to a prognosis or a diagnosis rather a slow systematic approach that allows to find the exact cause Of of the sinus symptoms. He was very thorough in his approach and answered all my questions as well. The staff was very very nice - and even though the appointment time ran behind, I really appreciated the attentiveness and letting us know that there was a bit of a wait up front. Look I know people make appointments but some people need a little more time. Also I was on the wait list and a really nice lady called me twice to tell me there was an opening the next day! I was not able to take advantage of the first one but I did the second one because I had the day off or else I would have to wait till the end of the month. I am grateful for their understanding and their approach to problems through a series of eliminations and not just throwing a lot of medicine at me. Highly highly recommend! Incredibly incompetent staff. Never answer their phones and when they do, get placed on hold for 30+ minutes and forgotten about. Had to leave a message scheduling surgery date for March 19th in mid-February - they scheduled for March 8th instead, did not communicate this whatsoever, did not attempt to set up pre-op appointment. Only found out by going in person today, at which point they re-scheduled for April. Completely unacceptable treatment.

Absolutely unacceptable service. My throat is extremely painful, and they can't see me for almost 3 weeks. Then they call me the day before my appointment to cancel it saying they didn't look at my referral, and now that can't accept it. Completely unprofessional that they treat patients this way. Find a doctor's office who actually cares about you, because this is not the place.

Called office and they put me on hold for 18 minutes before even talking to me. So I hung up and called back after that length of time and told them that they had left me on hold - no apologies just what can I help you with. Dr. Cohen was very kind and professional. I did not feel rushed. He listened to my symptoms and gave me recommendations which will hopefully work, and he encouraged me to let him know if they didn't.

I am so happy that I went to see Dr Cohen and his team! The balloon sinus dilation was completely successful as far as I am concerned because I am finally able to breathe and smell again. He and his staff were professional and helpful from the first visit. Kudos!

Dr. Cohen is the most knowledgeable ENT doctor I ever known. He takes his time to listen, explain and diagnose your health condition giving you the confidence to face your specific health challenge. He knows more about skin care and cure than my own ex-dermatologist. He will take good care of you. As far as his staff, nice people but need to communicate better. This is a very unprofessional practice! If you make an appointment, your time is not respected and you will wait a long time in a waiting room full of frustrated patients! I had heard good things about him, so I mad an appointment for nose pain. Had to wait two weeks before they could get me in. They called the day before my appointment and cancelled. He couldnt see me for another two weeks. Thought they set aside open spots for situations like this. Apparently not here. Went with someone else.

Services was terrible! Made appointment and was told wrong address. When I called office staff refused to take and squeeze me in even thought their staff made an error. I was right at their parking lot when I called. Staff at desk said they would speak with doctor to see if they could get me in. I was willing to wait as long as possible. Staff never spoke to doctor but instead spoke with someone else who said 'No" If you don't show they want money. When you take a day off from work it is O.K. That they make a mistake. Poor service! Only good doctors take the time to understand whats going on with you as their patient, the front desk staff were no so friendly but the nurse that called me back to go to a room was the friendliest outside the doctor.The doctor really sincerely took the time to listen and help try and figure out ways he could ease a bad situation. He informed me about great resources i could get, that nobody else has ever been honest enough to help me.

Good doctor but unable to handle volume of patients. Had 3:00 appt today but at 4:00 he had not even taken his 2:30 patients. Staff unapologetic and fails to inform you he's running about 2 hours behind. Dr requests you see him before starting meds for infection but who wants to wait 2-3 weeks to be seen when you have an infection? Even the best doctor is no good if you can't be seen,
