I am very pleased with Dr. Chapman and his staff. They are very nice and professional. The office is pristine and inviting. I'm very happy to have found him.

I was the most important person in the room. He is an expert diagnostician, professional and so personable. I feel comfortable with the staff and know they are available to discuss or explain any concerns. Most of all, he uses a holistic view when working with me. He promotes a healthy lifestyle physically, spiritually and emotionally. He takes care of himself and works to maintain his health. I believe he does this to better serve God, his family, his patients and staff.

Once he's Spa took off he's neglected his patients. Pay for doctor visit and rarely see the doctor. I'm on disability and need assistance to get around. Been going there a few years now and still every time I'm asked what's wrong with your foot. It's never been examined by anyone at living well. Found out the painful way how much Dr Chapman cares about he's patients.

Recently cut my pain meds back from 4 a day to too 1 a day. Totally understand why! Was told could only prescribe 30 at a time now. Although was told to call when I was out and they would write new prescription. Even if less than 30 days. The prescription says 30 in 30 days. Knew I couldn't receive new prescription when I needed it before I left the office. The way prescription was worded. I was born with birth defect,the reason for pain meds. Really do understand why this is happening, it just really sucks for people who need pain meds. Hope someone reads this that understands the way I feel.

sense taking on a new venture with skin care, he has sold his practice to Thomas health care systems, he does not have time for the patients as he did before. Employees are rotated in and out of the office, as this is now a training office. you never know who is seeing you. his employees have stated he was visited by the DEA in Jan. of this year and was told to stop all pain med. for all his patients which he did, not fighting to keep taking care of them. Its all about the money now!

I am very pleased with Dr Chapman he knows exactly what I need when I am talking with him about some concerns I have but he is never pushing. I did have the Profound treatment and I am very happy with the results. I highly recommend Dr Chapman to family and friends.. Very pleasant and friendly! Annabelle I can not say enough great things about her she has a good way of making everyone feel like they are the MOST important person, she is a little powerhouse.

Dr Chapman is one of the most kind, compassionate, understanding, thorough doctors on the planet! I regularly recommend folks to his practice. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Doesn't listen to patients. Very argumentative and defense when you question him about his line of treatment. If you're expecting to find a compassionate and caring doctor LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!

I had a small area of redness I wanted Dr. Jarrod Chapman to remove and he said the laser he had would remove it and he overcharged me. I paid 500.00 for this and it didn't work. So one of his staff menbers contacted me and wanted to know if I was satisfied and I said No I am very dissatisfied it didn't work and she rescheduled me to come in again so he could treat me again. When I went back he said there is nothing I can do and you need to buy some cortizone 10 cream over the counter.

Dr. Chapman is a nice man, very friendly and likeable. That being said, in the last couple of years, he has really let his office take the back burner and he is definitely more focused on his downstairs spa. And his receptionist staff is absolutely horrible!!! I have never encountered women so disrespectful and rude!! I will be switching doctors immediately.

This Doctor has been awesome. I was seeing a doctor in downtown Charleston for 5 years and the doctor always started from scratch regulating my thyroid and hormone levels every time I came in. He never got it right and use to make excuses that my body does not have to have normal levels. I have been with Dr Chapman for a year now and not only do I have perfect labs now, I feel awesome. He explains things and he seems like he truly cares. His staff is the best I have seen. I can't imagine my life if it were still in the doctor's hands downtown. Thanks Dr. Chapman!

Was put on Warfin for DVT after labs I was unable to get Dr Chapman or staff to call back to adjust dose INR 1.0 to a high of 4.7 was told by Dr Chapman he wanted to keep INR between 2.0 and 3.0.Had to change Doctor becouse of this.
