William C. Chapin

Dr. Chapin was one of the best doctors I've ever met. He spent about an hour with me and my husband, going through my history and tests, asking additional questions, and explaining the condition and treatment options. He was very thorough and answered every single question we had. He was very nice and never rushed us or looked impatient or annoyed, even when we asked the same questions again. And he has a great sense of humor! When we left his office, we looked at each other and the first we said was "Wow, he is awesome!". I am so happy it was him who had an available slot when I called PMG Endocrinology for an appointment!

I really felt like Dr Chapin listened to my challenges & helped me come up with a do-able plan to manage my diabetes. I am really happy with his staff too. From the front desk to the back office I feel supported & taken care of. They are great at their jobs

This is the best endo I've had.... Great guy and excellent doctor.

About 7 minutes in length. We waited longer to see him than the actual visit... not unusual I know... but his 'bedside' manner may better be utilized as a coroner.

Dr. Chapin seemed okay in the office. He appeared to listen and discuss. However, after the labs came back there has been no follow up call on what we discussed. I feel left to manage on my own. It’s been a week since the labs results. There should have been at least a nurse calling with a plan. I will not go back.

My first 2-3 appointments were a little strained as he and I each were learning to trust the other. After that I've found he is very thorough, caring and willing to listen.

Nice guy, good doctor. Got me what I needed. I saw him near the end of the day and he was obviously a little bit tired, but he still listened to and addressed my concerns.

Horrible, does not listen, rude, zero follow up.

Dr. Chapin is a good doctor, if you listen and cooperate, he can help get you straightened out.

Had my first appointment with this Doctor and it will be my last. After waiting forever for him to come in to be seen, he was rushy and acting like it was bothersome to even be there. He dismissed any questions I had and didn't listen to or respond to them. Just gave a wave of his hand and turned around. Spent 99% of the appointment staring at his computer monitor and ignoring my concerns.

Makes you wait forever in the room before he sees you. When you ask a question, he brushes you off like you're stupid and he can't be bothered. Acts like you're wasting his time, and you know nothing about your illness because clearly, you are not the Dr.

I have type 2 diabetes. I have been going to Dr Chapin since his office opened. He has listened to what I tell him and we discuss the problem and he tells me what he thinks will help me. I trust what Dr Chapin tell me I need to do. If he thinks what I suggest to him is something that will help me then he will talk to me about it and go from there. I recommend Dr Chapin to anyone with a Diabetes or Thyroid problem.
