This practice is amazing, I was at my wit's end with muscle spasms & back pain but Melissa really listened to me and helped get the treatment & tests I needed. Hopefully i will never have the type of pain I was experiencing again but if I do I will call them immediately because they already have a plan in place to treat it. Dr. Cano called me after my MRI and had already consulted with another Dr. about my case and how to proceed. Beyond impressed with their thoroughness. Thank you both!

The best pain management doctor I've ever experienced- I've been suffering with spine & nerve pain for years. He's so genuine, talented and takes ownership in his patients outcomes. Most importantly he offers his procedures with anesthesia if someone needs that option. Here in the Lehigh Valley practices such as LVPG Pain Managment/Nicholson are very obtuse and only care about making $$$. Great practice, friendly staff. Dr. Cano is very caring and professional. He took care of ALL my back pain with a surgery that only took 2 hours and I was home that same evening!

I suffer(ed) from bilateral SI joint dysfunction. The steroid injections no longer worked for me and I called MANY times to let Dr. Cano and Staff know of this pain so great, my fiance needed to carry me up the steps and I could no longer drive. Dr. Cano's response was to call me and tell me there was nothing they could do for me and he would text his ortho friend to schedule a hip replacement on my perfectly healthy 32 year old hips. Both myself and my primary doctor felt this was absurd. I went to see a neurosurgeon within a week who immediately found the issue and was able to guide me through the next steps to surgery, because there were no more treatment options after waiting almost two years for a diagnosis on my right side. I had my right SI joint fused about a month later - I have no pain on the right side anymore and am in PT for the left side hoping to get strong enough to not need surgery or further medication treatment. Dr. Cano's office then just sent me a new bill which was "fixed and rebilled" saying I never qualified to be a patient under their care. Honestly, what a joke. If someone like me with true debilitating pain that DOES has a cause can't be helped - who can? And then to have the nerve to rebill saying I wasn't qualified. It's completely outrageous. Patient's definitely shouldn't be punished for being honest about their levels of pain. When your patient leaves your office in tears, you should try a little harder next time. I have ONLY positive things to say about this practice. From my first visit with Melissa, I knew I would be fully listened to and that she would do everything in her power to help me with my debilitating pain. It took a few different attempts to discover the root of my neck pain but now we have an action plan that is showing major results. I have only positive things to say about Dr. Cano as well. He has done my 3 injections and denervation so far and he is kind, patient, and has a good bedside manner. I feel like I'm in very good hands when he begins his work because of his confidence. The staff at Dr. Cano’s office are wonderful! Dr Cano has worked wonders for my back. The ladies up front, Aubrey and Amber are the best. I recommend them highly!!

My Husband had a very horrible experience with this Doctor.He has a procedure done on 8/27/21 and has been bed bond ever since. The doctor had Puncture awhile doing an in/out surgery to where ,he has fluid leak to his brain. Five days later to come back for a blood patch then awhile ready to go for once again another procedure on the table ready to go, doctor then ask for him to sign a consent form ???? Our experience with this Doctor was not good .My husband out of work and I’m out of work due him needing care . Dr Cano and Melissa PA, are the most caring and passionate pain professionals in the Philadelphia area. They both take the time to listen to your issues and then completed a detailed plan for my treatment. My injections worked very well. Dr Cano did a follow up text to me in the morning and was very compassionate and generally concerned for my well being. I have referred numerous friends to them both for treatment and they too have had the same experience as me. I see Dr. Cano for pain relief in my lower back. Dr. Cano is one of the best pain management providers I have seen. He has given me relief where others have failed. I am so happy with the relief he has given me. This doctor will impress you with his skill. He is fantastic at his craft. I highly recommend.

It was the first time I met a doctor who didn't look at my records and just started calling me names and called me a liar without even opening my mouth. He denies ever meeting me. He needs to go back to school to learn how to speak to human. I never saw him or his associates after this ptsd invoking visit.

Dr. Cano is great and very accommodating. The receptionist gets back faster than any other practice I've ever been too.

Not only is doctor Cano the best in his field but his team is equally is caring Considerate and professional . I have been to a many specialists over the years. Some were kind, some were not. Some graduated top of the class and some I’m sure squeaked by to graduate. Cano was by far the most vial person I have ever met in my life. He stereo typed me and was way, way off. Very friendly Office. Scheduling is managed good, so not too long of a wait. Dr. Cano was great and I look forward to working with him to help me achieve better management of my Pain. I would recommend him highly to anyone. He is great !

I had my first visit with Dr. Cano last week for pain from a car accident. He is full of knowledge, understanding and patience. He took the time to answer all of my questions and explained it all to me. I scheduled upcoming appointments with Dr. Cano and will definitely refer friends and family to him!!

He is a very professional and caring physician. He spends time explaining your current situation and possible treatment options, as well as answering your question in terms that is easily understood. I had my first injection for inflammation and swelling surrounding my right sciatic nerve and I can honestly say that this is the first time in years that I have been totally pain free from any back or leg discomfort. He also makes a follow up phone call himself. I highly recommend him.

About as compassionate as a rock. Don't ever tell him that his pain injection didn't work.

Dr. Cano was recommended by several friends that got relief from chronic pain. My own experience was great. I had suffered with a chronic pain that did nothing but get worse. Dr. Cano was able to greatly reduce reduce my discomfort and I still have one treatment to go. This is the man to see if you exhausted all other opportunities and are looking for some relief.

I would recommend Dr. Cano. Dr. Cano and his staff are very good and very polite. They had me in and out of my procedure and I didn't even have any numbing medications before coming in. I didn't feel a thing and walked right out after the procedure.

I went to Dr. Cano years ago. He was so nice and a very good doctor. I've just made an appointment to see him again.

He is very knowledgeable and explains things very well. I was very comfortable talking to him and his staff.

I was blown away by a recent visit. This man was what I considered one of the best doctors I have come across. I have seen him a few times dating back about 5 years. Then comes my last visit, I was concerned about some pain I was having. I thought it was more than a reasonable about of pain and it really worried me. He continued to trivialize everything I said and was very condescending about the whole thing. I was so thrown I could not continue to articulate myself and left to regain myself.

I felt Dr. Cano was very easy to talk with and was genuinely concerned with my pain issue. We are working on a plan together so I can get to a pain free condition.

Dr.Cano is very good patience with me and he is approved to hired an interpreter for us to can able to communication . Glad that my daughter Jennifer Boice-Buie suggestion me to see Dr . Cano , she had met him serval times at Pottstown hospital where she was worked for out of patients , now she got new job for cancer center ,second floor at Pottstown hospital. Dr. Cano was very good at explaining my problems and my prognosis. During the injection procedure, he explained every step and exhibited a very caring manner. Plus, he has a sense of humor, which I enjoyed!
